The location was convent and close to everything that we did. It also had a great view of the lake! It was a quiet place and we enjoyed using the amenities like the pool.

Reviewer Comments: rented 5 condos for our annual family vacation(wife and I with 4 adult daughters, husbands and children) Condos were very nice and clean and kinda in good shape although all had issues like not working dishwasher to non working ceiling fans,not having proper locks on doors, small issues. The worst part of this week long stay was having access to the lake. the access was along the shore line which is not very good. The docks are all locked up with no access. The swimming and picnic tables are located at the end of most docks and NOT accessible for renters?? As with all rental units we have used in the past 20 years this was the 1st not to have access to the real lake experience.

We loved our stay here and look forward to staying again!! We had everything we need and then some. Beds were comfy, fireplace was nice and the covered back deck was perfect! We looked forward to the fire feature on the patio table in chilly November but it wasnt working. Can't wait to sit there this spring/summer when we visit again!

Had a great time in #352, very very nice and clean. Only thing I would recommend is bring pillows, master bedroom were paper thin. We had a tub leak in the wall and ran down to the apartment below us. Geo was great to work with and always let me know when they needed to get in to look or fix it. Would love to stay there again..

It was a great property with beautiful surroundings, it’s so hard to tell when you are looking at listings. The pool was nice & clean, nothing fancy, but the kids enjoyed it. There was a lovely walk out back of the complex to the lake. The view was amazing off the patio & really all around the property. The inside of the unit was very nice, we had one issue with a shower, but it was fixed the next day. The beds were comfortable & bedding seemed relatively new. There were extra blankets which was helpful because we didn’t not have room to pack any. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates and cookware. We visited friends staying at other rental properties around Branson and this one was the nicest. The location is not as far away as it seemed when we were initially mapping our plans around town. Likely because the view is so scenic along the way.

Loved this property, clean and on the water. We had a great time, just about a 15 minute drive to Branson Landing for evening night out. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great for accessing entertainment in Branson. Only suggestions we would have for management: Make sure supplies are adequate like salt in the salt shaker, kleenix and glass cleaner in both bathrooms, more cleaning supplies under bathroom sinks, and more hangers. Upholstered bench by front door was really wobbly so needs to be fixed or replaced. Better signage for the address and where the outside elevator is. The Sauna only heats to about 140 degrees so you need to let it warm up for awhile and then sit close to the heater and not in the middle of the bench. Just a few things to make things better, but overall we had a great stay and hope to be back!

Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, after having to reach out for our entry code 30 minutes AFTER check in time, our room was very warm so we turned down the A/C and began unpacking. Upon looking around the room, we noticed how dirty the floors felt and looked, the bathroom rugs were discolored where you could tell were once white, the shower in master bathroom had hair on the drain (we hadn’t used it yet) and soap scum on the grout line that easily wiped off, had it been clean. We had to wash the bed sheets after the first day as they were smelly. The view was gorgeous of the lake, however, there also wasn’t propane in either of the propane tanks as listed as a provided amenity on the website (we re-filled for the next group). After getting settled, we left for several hours only to come back to the condo still being 74 while set at 68. We reached out to maintenance who was helpful and said he would turn it in. Fast forward to the days following, the air situation never got resolved as the maintenance team was waiting on the owners to respond, however, after several days of this and increasing heat and now no response from maintenance,, we decided to end our stay early and head home. Nobody wants to sit there hot and dirty, especially when traveling with kids as we were. I would not be fooled by the look of this unit...we chose it as it looked updated and had nice looking decor, however, given the chance, we would never stay here again.The grounds themselves were better, the pictures of the pool were a little deceiving as it wasn’t as big as the pictures looked, but being close to the lake and having boat slip availability was great!
