Stayed Jan 1, 2018Very nice 2 bed/2 bath condo across from the pool. Was wonderful to open the doors and listen to the waterfall and the birds singing. Gated community, especially on the weekend. Was easy to get around Phoenix because all the major highways are within 3 to 4 miles of the condo. Brenda and Terry were great to work with and were very helpful. The condo is well furnished and plenty big for the 2 of us. We had company twice and they used the second bedroom, yet we all had privacy. Fry's grocery store is around the corner. Get a card if you're going to be there for an extended stay. It has a meat counter, deli, wine bar, grocery, pharmacy and a small clinic all in one. The card will save you money and get you points toward gas. Oh, did I say they have a gas station too? The weather was wonderful and we were able to sun by the pools. You can have mail forwarded to you also. Thanks again Brenda and Terry for sharing your home with us. We would be happy to stay again in the future.
