Stayed May 24, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as the pictures show. When you first walk in, it is larger than what you think. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The checkin process could have been better, we were delayed getting into the room even though it was clean because it wasn't inspected and I wasn't a fan of the no set check in time after a long travel day. Also, they weren't clear on the gate code. The numbers weren't correct and we had to ask someone else. You do have to use # before entering. Aside from the bumps on the first day, I would stay here again.

Stayed May 14, 2026The property was exactly as described on the listing and right across the street from the beach. The location was perfect, quiet and convenient. Check in was scheduled for 5. After not hearing from and trying to get in touch with the host, we were informed that the maintenance crew was still working on the property and we would be informed of the check-in details when they were done. Ended up checking in at 5:30. Other than the miscommunication with check-in, everything was fantastic!

Large and clean, with everything we needed right at hand. The pools were clean (and one was heated!!!) and it is right across the street from the beach. This part of the beach is not crowded at all. It was perfect. I will definitely contact them when I am planning my next vacation to Miramar Beach!
