Good Times At The Beach

The house was perfect!!!

Mr. Keating and his son were very welcoming, and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Gracious host and ideal location in one of our favorite towns.

Martin and Dan were very attentive to our group. The house is clean, and comfortable. It's a short walk to beach, breakfast and ice cream spot. The playground is only 6 blocks away.

It was a great place to stay. Don was great at communicating with us. Will recommend this place for anyone to stay. We will be back.

The unit was exactly as described and as pictured -- no unpleasant surprises here! Kitchen had the tools we needed to cook every meal at home, and Acme is a few blocks away, so no need to resort to restaurants. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy enough for 8 adults. Sofa bed in living room sleeps an additional 2 people. There are extra chairs to fit 8 adults around the kitchen table (cozy, but that adds to the spirit of togetherness, right?). Air conditioning worked great, tv was good, internet was reliable, and parking was no challenge (1 garage spot, 1 driveway spot, and plenty of spaces on the street). Owner was very available and helpful but not at all intrusive. Beach is a very short walk away: across 2 streets, and you're there. There are long, heavy rubber mats over the dunes at the entrance to the beach at 41st Street, so getting onto the beach was pretty easy even for the family member who has trouble walking. A Catholic church is a block away. We would definitely consider choosing this property again if our travel plans brought us to Ocean City in the future.

This home was perfect for our family. It's an ideal environment for us to relax and refresh in between visits to the beach, bicycle rides, and other shore activities.

Great location - 1.5 blocks from beach. Condo is nicely designed and very clean. We enjoyed morning coffee out on the front porch, watching sports & movies on the smart tv (comcast for tv/internet), and nice walks around the area. I liked the little desk/ work area on the side of the LR. Kitchen is well stocked. Martin is a delightful host and was very friendly and attentive for check in/out. We would stay here again.

The house was very clean and the porch a wonderful place to relax and hang out. Close to the grocery store and only a 2inute walk to the beach. Easy on and off access!

We had a wonderful time staying here for two weeks. Everything we needed was provided in this beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were beautiful. Mr. Keating was very accommodating and checked on us to see if there was anything that we needed. Thank you!

Martin the owner was a very nice man and really cared about his tenants satisfaction. He checked in with me on 2 occasions to make sure everything was going well with the house. The house was built in 2015 and still had a new house smell. The outside showers was a big hit with my children and the location was outstanding, 1 1/2 block walk to the beach and a one block walk to the ice cream polar.
