Good deals super close to Disney, 4 bedroom condo with lake view

Lui was pleasant to interact with. The condo however was not clean and was in disrepair. Informed Lui of the issues, and he responded that I should contact the management company for assistance. I opted not to do that, as I felt that their presence would have created even further discomfort. Things done well: -Communication was timely. -Pool and hot tub were well maintained. -Kitchen was well stocked for the most part; pots and pans, and most kitchen accessories. Things not done well: -Outdated WiFi info, got it off the router. -Cable was not initially working, but was resolved. -Provided stuff for babies, but was filthy. -Linens were not fresh. Stained and dingy. -Remotes missing backs and covered in some mysterious substance. -Closet doors were broken. -Sprinkler system comes on a few times a day and sprays powerfully into the rear patio. -Dryer stained/ruined multiple items of clothing. You get the picture.. Overall it was not worth the money. It is badly in need of some TLC, before it is rented again. As I was leaving, Lui thanked me for my stay, apologized, and offered me a one night stay at one of his other properties....

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The owner, Liu, was very responsive to all our questions and requests while we were on site. The location is great, close to shopping and 15 minutes from Disney. The balcony off the 2 back bedrooms had a beautiful view onto the lake and sunrise. The only suggestions we have would be to put at least one nighttable in each of the 2 kids rooms, as kids also need someplace beside the bed for glasses or books or water or whatever.

Close to attractions, well kept, clean bathrooms and overall great value.

The place was suitable. IKEAish. Dresser drawers , bottoms were popped out. It was clean . Pans were not flat , rocked on burner.they Could use some sharp knives, and new pans. Freezer the ice maker door stuck open and would leak ice out on floor all day. Floor would be wet .we had fun My husband threw my sons shoe on the roof (by mistake) he caught the first one!! We called maintenance the first day... they never responded. . So he had to wear his sandals!!

Location was perfect very roomy lots of space The only thing we found there wasn't enough cups plates pots and pans in the kitchen for the rest it was good.

There were a few minor issues such as not enough wash clothes and hand towels and only 3 spoons for 8 people. That was taken care of by the end of the day by the management company. It was a great time for our family vacation.

This lovely condo looks just like the pictures with Disney only 2 miles away, as well as any shopping you may need right around the corner.

Awesome place to stay in, everything was nice and clean. I had no problems with anything in the property. The property is very close to anything you need, and is close to DisneyWorld. Short trip after a long day at the theme park. Highly recommend this property and will stay again next time I am in Orlando.

This condo was clean and beds reasonably comfortable, 15-20 minute drive to DW and Universal, walking distance to grocery store. But the condo is not at all well managed. The kitchen sink hydrant handle was broken and made for difficulty in using kitchen sink. Toilet plugged up and management would not come out until Monday (after we had left). Luckily my husband is handy and bought a plunger and rectified the situation. You have to shop for pretty much every supply you will need: toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing soap, laundry soap (ironically, management asks you to wash towels before you leave---what???--then do not provide soap to do so...!). Pillows are TERRIBLE and need to be replaced. Bedspreads are very tired-looking. I would not stay again!
