Gone Coastal! With Private Patio, Sleeps 6

Amazing lil place! Very clean, close to the beach and close to various restaurants. Location was very convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Galveston Island Beach Cove View Vacation Your Comments 1 day prior to arriving I was notified by the Beachtime Vacation Rentals owner Michelle (at 4:30 PM on Friday check-in Saturday,that the condo I had paid for sent all the documents required etc. DL's , Dog shot records etc. had a roof leak and the water went down the wall and cracked the ceiling and there was a large bubble on the wall in the living room. I did not have time to rent elsewhere, so the owner Michelle said she would find somewhere else for us to stay if we were not happy. We arrived after travelling all day and the smell of MOLD was awful, the crack in the ceiling was bad. we asked for the other place to look at it the next day and no one returned our calls. The next day Michelle called and said she had a place and that it did not have a dryer that worked and that we would have to pay more money to use the pool. SHe also said she would take 300 dollars off the price of the place we were in if we stayed. This is Day 3 of my vacation. We opted to stay, the place was not clean, bugs were everywhere and it was disgusting. Basically ruined our vacation.

This property was amazing, it had everything you could ask for and more. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Galveston.

We loved our stay in Galveston and this property was perfect for our family of 4! The bunk room was a highlight for our kids- it was stocked with games, puzzles, and plenty of toys to keep them entertained during down time. Everything was clean and comfortable and the A/C was AMAZING! The only complaint I have is that the internet would not work. We spent most of our time at the beach though, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The condo itself was nicely decorated and the location was great, located a short walk from the sea wall. It was also pet friendly, so we were excited to bring our 2 pups with us to Galveston. Unfortunately, our stay here was both frustrating and disappointing due to the fact that the internet never functioned within the condo. We had intended this trip to Galveston to be a working get-a-way allowing us to work remotely during the day and enjoy the beach in the evening, but we ended up having to go to a local coffee shop to be able to work remotely. We contacted the rental company on 4 different occasions during our stay and the internet issue was never resolved. The customer service by this company was the most frustrating as they stated they were not responsible for the internet outage and then stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. Be wary about renting with this company if you depend on having access to the internet during your stay!

We stayed 1 week for a dance competition: the home was very close yo the venue and the beach. My kids had a great time
