Golfing or Beachbound Great location- No extra fees - 2miles to Beach

Close to beach and pool. Check in and out procedures were easy to follow. Place was spotless. Will definitely use again!

Beautiful property; very close to Sea Trails convention center where we had a meeting; very clean; communication with owner was excellent and easy to enter property. Would definitely stay again.

Our party of 5 had a wonderful time staying in Carolyn's beach condo. It was exactly as advertised and more! It included so many details to make us feel more at home that we really appreciated. Our favorite parts were that we felt like we were staying in two different condos since there's the main condo plus the mini suite which makes it even more spacious and also the enclosed back patio to watch the sunrise and drink coffee while watching all the birds. What a great vacation!! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great property and location for a long weekend away.

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice having a place that didn't require a weekly stay as my family was only looking for a three night trip. The kids enjoyed the puzzles and card games in our down time. We were very appreciative of the beach chairs provided since one of ours broke we didn't have to rush to get a new one. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again.

We really loved this condo. It is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with pretty much everything we needed during our stay (pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot(s), internet, extra blankets). The location is a peaceful and safe area. However, it is only minutes from everything you might want to do - restaurants, nightlife, shops, and several beaches. The pool is almost directly across from the condo and was not at all crowded while we were there. The condo has a mini suite where our friends stayed. They had their very own private area which included a mini kitchen and a sitting area. I was very pleased and hope to stay there again.

We had such an enjoyable stay here! We’re already planning next year’s vacation. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool is a short walk away and we had plenty of things we needed like toilet paper, towels, cooking utensils, etc. Also, the Beach is less than a 10 min drive away. This place was perfect! Thank you!

We decided that we would try sunset beach area since we usually stay in oib when we vacation there. Sea trails and the condo did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and more. Had a few “bumps the day of our arrival” but I think that was really on me and not on Doug and Carol. I would like to return and hope that’s a possibility soon.
