Located across from the Gatlinburg Golf Course (public golf course) and less than a mile from the Parkway. 1366 sq. ft. 2 bed 2 bath condo on 3rd floor, with elevator access. Condo has been updated and was redecorated in March 2021. Golf Vista only has 14 condos in it's complex, which makes for less foot traffic in and out of the complex.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Great communication from host. Easy to find and unit was centrally located to Pigeon Forge Main Street. We loved how spacious the unit was- much better than the typical resort hotels. Across the street was a golf course and views of the mountains. It was too cold to hang out on the balcony but it was a great view. We were impressed with how clean and spotless this unit was. Everything worked and we had a great stay- highly recommend !!

Stayed Dec 11, 2025This was our second time staying at this property and the same unit. The owners are articulate and very welcoming. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location is great and close to just about anything you want to do, especially Dollywood, which is nearby. I highly recommend Park Vista.

Stayed Oct 6, 20254th visit. Still have not mastered the TV in the Living Room. Cannot get network stations. Watched Ohio State --Illinois Game in the bedroom. Watched all TV in Bed.Could just be me. We love the location, especially when the Parkway is jammed with traffic.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025On entering it smelled so clean and it was! Condo was extremely clean, neat and well decorated. Loved the large balcony and views. Beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent being very close to everything. Attention to detail was amazing. I left something after checkout and the property owner was very prompt and diligent to help get it back to me. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!!
