Clean, awesome if you have kids and wanna be close to branson

Very clean and cozy condo! Easy access to Branson and quiet neighborhood.

Great space and quiet neighborhood. The host was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

House was clean and nice. Kids loved the loft area as well as the pool.

We enjoyed a wonderful family get-away at this condo! The photos were accurate and the condo was beautiful. The spaciousness of the home exceeded our expectations. Sometimes the hosts can take the photos in a way that makes the rooms look bigger than they are, but this condo was a perfect family get-away with plenty of actual room in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Everything was clean and well-kept. And, the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom was everything my daughter dreamed it would be!

Great spot for a weekend getaway with the family! Close to Branson and Silver Dollar City. Easy walk to a playground and the river or to the pool facilities.

Plenty of room for our big family. Home was clean with everything we needed to prepare meals, play games, or just hang out together. The kids loved their own space in the upstairs loft. Would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space for family weekend. Enjoyed our time, wish we had had more time to go do more.

Our family of eight and one grand baby had a wonderful time at the condo. It was spacey, clean and well stocked. The amenities on the grounds were really helpful with the temps being in the 90’s. We enjoyed not having to go anywhere to have fun. We spent a lot of time at the pool, pickle ball court and the play ground.Would highly recommend this gated community.

Nice and quiet area, right on the river bank. Great location. It was the 4th of July weekend, so the pool was overcrowded. The unit can have some updates and brighter lighting.

This condo was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and the amenities were very nice.

Great place and the location was perfect if you were looking to get off the beaten path. Minutes from everything with a great view and a great hiking trail down by the water. The condo itself was very nice but not enough lighting and the inside needs to be painted badly. Kitchen is set up for all your needs.

Condo was perfectly clean and well kept up. No issues at all.

We stayed for the week of Christmas, we had 7 people and a dog, and there was more than enough space for everyone. We cooked christmas dinner, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The condo was decorated beautifully, we used the indoor pool for the kids, and walked the dog down to the dog park/playground l, which had a beautiful river in the background.

Great place to stay. Clean and plenty of accessories in the kitchen which made cooking very easy. Some of the pans need to be trashed and new ones but overall great place.

It was clean, well stocked. It worked great for our family. (Hide away bed needs a added foam mattress, to help with the bar in your back.

The place was great!!! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space, and location made us feel safe. It had everything we needed to make our weekend trip to Branson a breeze. The only thing I thought was unnecessary was all the “rules/to do’s” before leaving the house. Paying $130+ for a cleaning fee, but doing most of the cleaning before check out was a little annoying. Taking all trash out to dumpster, starting laundry, starting dishwasher, even making sure the thermostat was set correctly, etc.. As someone who travels often, I respect others property, most of these things would’ve be done anyways, but still crazy with how high the cleaning fee is with lots to do before leaving property. Anyways, great stay otherwise!!

Beautiful and convenient location. Excellent communication from host. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!

We come to this area every summer… my brothers family and mine… we rent a boat and enjoy table rock lake, some shopping and shows. We have stayed separately in the past. This time, we stayed together and utilized every inch of the space here. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Everything was clean and comfortable! We loved staying here and it was a great value for the price.

Nice condo not very clean floors were sticky didn’t want to go barefoot behind and under furniture dirty. The facility was good overall enjoyed our stay
