Stayed Mar 13, 2026There is a water leak - under the sink. I didn’t locate the exact location but the base of the cabinet is water damaged. Puddles of water would occasionally develop on the mat at the base of the sink. The damage to the cabinet is irreversible. Beginning to smell of mold. I did not use the washer as I was told beforehand that there was a water leak there.

Stayed Nov 3, 2025Very noisy...resident upstairs was an almost constant annoyance with her loudly walking back and her child running around their Condo.This went on from morning to very late at night keeping us from getting a good night's sleep. The floors were dirty and the back bathroom had a bad odor.On a positive note, the location was very convenient.Various electrical lights need attention and living room light was not working.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Really nice condo in Waikoloa Village. Beautiful setting and property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the furniture was of good quality and taste. We had to experiment with wall switches to get the living room ceiling fan on, but we figured it out. Really enjoyed finding hidden beaches south of the main Waikoloa public beach. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Dec 18, 2024The property was clean and the description was accurate. If you are familiar with the area and know how to take advantage of all the nearby activities and beaches, this is a very good way of having affordable accommodations to have a great vacation on the Kohala coast. The amenities in the property were well organized and we appreciated the plentiful beach towels and beach gear and extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was well labeled and the owner provided plenty of laundry and dishwasher pods - which was also appreciated.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We had a great stay!! Only 15 min from the water. The KTA and coffee shop near by we’re great and super convenient! To keep it cool keep all the windows open and fans going! Had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge help. All the beach gear was amazing. Would recommend!
