Stayed Jul 3, 2024This is a nice property located near a wedding we were attending. Unfortunately, the keypad didn't work and attempting to debug it made us late for a pre-wedding event. We arranged to be let in by the guest contact who said she'd send someone up to change the battery and to call when we returned from the event 9:30-10:00PM. Still didn't work and no answer from the guest contact. We called the listing company (Evolve) who put us in contact with the owner. Ultimately, the owner gave us the code to the lockbox and put keys in it. This resolved the access problem some time after a very long flight and drive. I don't imagine there will be a problem for future guests as the keypad issue is now known and there is a viable solution. Otherwise it's a nice space.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024After “fees” and taxes, we ended up paying over $300/night. So the total was double the original named cost per night, a hotel would’ve been cheaper. The place was clean and loved having a washer/dryer there for use. The pool is salt water (a plus) but it’s in the sun most of the day and HOT. No hot tub found or mentioned in the welcoming book. Ended up finding it as we were leaving at pool #3. The welcome book also has a different time listed as check out time…“No smoking” property but ended up finding a neighbor smoking on her porch, lol. No parking pass present, but got a reply from the local contact person after I asked about it, that we were fine without one. A tv in the master would’ve been nice. The snacks were a nice touch my kids enjoyed. The main bathroom had an awesome shower head. The 2nd bathroom shower head sprays every where. Very safe neighborhood. Mostly older people who enjoy the quiet. I just didn’t find the cost worth it, over all.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024The property was very well maintained The only few issues i had was the sheets in the pull out were dirty as well.as the bunk bed. TheI front door needs to have a spring as it swings the whole way. And there was aminal puke on the carpet outsise the door. I contacted Evolve regatding the sheets and they offered new ones and indicated outside maintenance takes vare of the outside comes by a few times daily. That was Friday and it was still there Sunday. A relevision in the main bedroom would of been a plus. I do have to say all the neighbors are very friendly!
