Golf, Relax, Repeat | River Creek Condo in NC! | RC 1401

Places was very nice and we had plenty of room for everyone. We had 8 people. Location was great.

Overall was a great stay. Only complaints were the beds. The mattresses were so uncomfortable! Did not get a great nights being on those beds. Also one room seemed to have bigger beds than the other room and the listing said both rooms would have queen size beds. Other than that location was great and the place was beautiful and quite. Only reason I wouldn’t return to this location is because of the bedding.

The layout was perfect. The s[ace was bright and welcoming. Good location.

The property was very spacious,clean,and cool .It was a short drive to restaurants and stores.The only problem we had was the smell when u first entered the property it smelled like hot trash other than that it was awesome.

Property was amazing

The house layout was nice with plenty of space to spread out. It was terrific being on the first floor. There was ample parking and the community was was lovely. The beds in one bedroom were comfortable but not in the other (too hard).

Drove 9hrs and when we were able to get into the Condo at 4pm, the floors were dirty. My son was crawling on the living room floor and his legs were black from the dirt. I had to go to the store and buy stuff to mop the floor because the mop in the condo was disgusting. I reached out to management and someone came out and personally talk to us and apologized. While they did reimburse for the cleaning supplies, they didn't seem to care that I had to clean a place that you pay a fee for . I didn't like that they came into the condo without first notifying us that they would be entering the condo. Our last night there we found mold behind a picture in the kitchen that had fallen. Maintenance came out the morning we were leaving. We were not given a heads up that they were coming and honestly think it should have waited since we had to be out by 10am. The pool closed at 8pm. Most places stay open until 10pm. There was a pond behind our condo and to our surprise there was an alligator in it. No signs posted to warn of this. The condo was in a good spot, it was spacious and very close to the beach, grocery store and places to eat.

very affordable. Clean on a very nice property. We like to stay in the beach however this is a great alternative to families. The beach is right down the road and we love the feel of a small beach community without tourists

Every thing was good but very disappointed about washing dishes by hand during the whole 5 days. It was a lot of dishes a I was the only adult with 5 Teenagers .

Easy check in process. Reported a small issue about very slick floors. Immediate response that it would be addressed the next day which was understandably since it was late. To my knowledge however it was never addressed. Floors did overtime become a little less slick. Shower curtains need replacement or cleaned. Otherwise, a good condo and good experience
