Stayed Mar 1, 2025Well decorated condo! The location was perfect. I was able to walk to the main pool and the satellite pool was even closer.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The description of the property is inaccurate. There is not 2 covered parking places, no grill on terrace, no wine chiller. The entire condo was aged, in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean. Carpets stained, furniture worn and frayed, bed linens torn and stained. The kitchen was under equipped and missing many usual amenities. The toaster was broken, the refrigerator missing a shelf, the pots and pans scratched and dirty, very limited cooking utensils, cookware and bakeware. Mismatched and chipped plates glasses and stemware. We had to empty and clean all the cabinets and rewash everything in the kitchen. When we tried to vacuum the sweeper was so clogged with hair and dirt we had to disassemble and clean it out. The owner did replace some of the missing items 6 weeks into our 8 week stay but we then had to unpack wash and restock those items. We made the owner aware of all this on day one. Even after replacing some of the missing items the enitre condo still needs a major overhaul and the misleading description. which borders on false advertising needs corrected.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022The condo was beautifully decorated and situated on the third floor overlooking a lagoon and the seventh hole of the River Strand Estuary course. It was also top-line as advertised including a new smart flat-screen television. The owner provided a walk-through of the unit and was most attentive to detail. We will be returning for the same interval next year.
