Very nice, clean and loved the decorated christmas tree. That was a beautiful surprise.

The host was very responsive and helpful. They responded timely with the needed information.

It was a very nice place to stay. The location is great. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn't use the pool or hot tub. We brought suits but time just didn't allow!

Need full curtains in front bedroom. Propped up pillows to keep parking lot out of my eyes. The carpet had several stains in the near first bathroom and in front bedroom.

The location of the property is great, we were within a short driving distance to most everything. As for the property it was okay, the furniture was not very comfortable, the master bedroom was 15 to 20 degrees warmer than the rest of the condo, we were thankful we brought a fan! The blinds in the queen bedroom did not meet in the middle so we had to hang a towel over the gap. The carpet throughout was pretty nasty needs a good cleaning.We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open. The indoor pool and club house was nice. The kitchen was nice and well stocked.

Great location! Central location. Easy to find. Arrived 30 minutes early and was able to get in with no problem. Answered all of my messages quickly. Sliding door lock needs fixed. There is a bar that drops to lock the door and it fell and locked my brother in law out of the condo. Probably need to address that. No other issues. Perfect for what we needed!

The family and I had a great time while in Branson. We rented a small 2 bedroom condo during our visit and boy was it nice. Great location, super clean and the rental property staff was amazing. Thank you Grand Welcome... you will definitely be my go to for now on.

Lovely place met all our needs. The decor was beautiful and met our needs fully. Would return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Property is well located. The nightly rate was great.

- Living room lighting was very poor (dim) after dark. Desperately needs more and better lighting.- Living room leather chair & lamp were in terrible shape (shabby and torn).- Exterior lighting, by front door, was so dim we had to use phone flashlight to see the keypad.- Stains on carpet - needs to be cleaned.- We couldn't figure out how to use the living room TV - please leave directions for guests (this has been done in other condos we've stayed in)- Master shower plumbing squealed loudly when in use.- Floors creaked in master bedroom (and floors in condo above creaked terribly when guests were there).- Blinds on rear window in the master bedroom would not open.- There were only 4 large forks in the drawer.We stay in Branson condos a lot. I would not want to stay in this unit again.

This was a very clean condo. Maybe some additional creature comforts could be added: Kleenex, extra blankets, notepad/paper, upgraded TP. Those are the things I find at the better VRBO’s. The soap in the bathroom was empty. It’s on a noisy street so be ready for that.

Really great condo, very convenient to everything!! Enjoyed the beautiful condo everything except noises from remodeling being done upstairs. Would stay here next time.

We enjoyed the stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and the strip. Nice weather made relaxing on the balcony with coffee in the mornings very enjoyable. Be sure to bring bath soap. A very tiny bar was provided. Overall great place!

It was a great place to stay. It was super easy checkin and checkout, and just close enough to everything but far enough away for peaceful surroundings! It's great to have extra room, and for the price, beats a motel room hands down!

We had a great stay! The only negative is that the kitchen could be better stocked with a dish cloth & kitchen towels & a large skillet. Very nice & comfortable place! Would stay again!

Everything was as advertised. We were in town for Softball Nationals and I had two teens with me. The place was big enough for the week and provided the comforts of home. The unit is main level so that makes it easily accessible. The only drawback for us was the condo upstairs residents are loud. It sounds like they constantly stomp their feet while moving from room to room. I’m sure they aren’t it just seems so loud. We also never turned the tv on due to tournaments and activities, so maybe that would have made it less noisy. We would definitely look at this rental again upon returning.

Our trip included me and my daughter . We had morning coffee and breakfast on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were more than enough for each of us. All the places we were there to see was a short drive. We ran out of time to enjoy the gym and the pool. Overall it was a wonderful stay!
