Golf Course Townhouse at Kuilima East by the Beach with Great Amenities

Everything was as described, I would stay here again for our next Hawaiian vacation.

Beautifully appointed condo that was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and peace fun grounds. Short walk to beach and amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Tons of live roaches walking around daily. We called to complain and they brought someone in. The tub was backed up too. The gentleman that came in to unclog the tub and to treat the roaches was very nice. The management company tried to give me some excuse that there are roaches in Hawaii. We are from Florida and understand that roaches can come into a home. This was an infestation. I’ve never seen so many live roaches walking around.

The location was central to the areas we wanted to visit. Check-in and parking was simple. The property management was quick to respond when we had a small issue. The pool is close by and very nice. There are grocery stores within 15 minute drive. 5 minute walk to Lei Lei's Grill and 15 minute walk to the restaurants at Ritz Carlton, all of which we enjoyed during our stay.

Walking distance to Turtle Bay which has family friendly swimming and walking paths. The house is quite comfortable and well furnished. Management seems very responsive and I would highly recommend this.

Condo was in a state of disrepair. Maintenance took 4 days to respond to a broken outlet in the bathroom and after 2 attempts did not fix it. Hot water was insufficient for a 6 person condo. Thermostat did not work so condo was cold during our entire stay. Screen door was broken too. Master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. There was not enough glasses or silverware supplied so we had to run the dishwasher many times. All in all I didn't feel like it was a good value.

Good time and quiet location even on New Year’s Eve. We enjoyed the sunshine and many walks around the area. Glad for air conditioning in all the condo. Would recommend it for a couple or family.

Great condo. Very clean. Down fall, 2 flights of steps and second bathroom for a person over 5'9 could be an issue. My husband could not fully stand up right to get a shower. He had to lean over. All in all, great location walking distance to the beach with a great restaurant on the beach.

First time staying in these condos loved how quiet and green it is. Balcony was very peaceful close walk to beach. It had everything we needed except in oven if you like to cook the oven in microwave was not ideal. Overall we had a nice stay!!

Love this place!

Must do in Oahu, stay and chill at the North shore beaches. We walked a short distance to a great beach with very few people. Watching the tide and an elephant seal taking a nap was priceless. Shark cove is great for snorkeling, meeting with the local tortoises under the corals. Just fantastic stay overall.

Condo is nice and looks just like the photos. Parking right below the condo and a short walk to the pool. Area is very quiet with not much going on which is great for a quiet retreat. You will need to walk to the resort or drive to get to any other shops, eateries, coffee, etc.. It's right on the golf course so has ample opportunities for walks including a short hike across the course to the beach. Place had everything needed for our short 3 night stay. A few things you should know: 1. There is no real oven. Only a convection oven which is part of the microwave. 2. The furniture looks great in photos, but most are Amazon flimsy so be careful. 3. A few maintenance items - tub is slow to drain, downstairs bathroom plug does not work, upstairs bathroom towel rack was broken. 4. We never received a community gate code so when we pulled up, didn't know how to get in. Luckily, we were with somebody that had rented another place in the community so we used their code to get in. Make sure you ask for the gate code prior to arriving. Overall a solid 4 star place in a quiet secluded area which is great for a quiet trip or getaway but still close enough to resort activities. Pool is excellent as are the grounds.
