Stayed Dec 31, 2025We had incredible skiing conditions over this holiday weekend. We liked having access to the ski lockers, as well as deck for ski storage. The unit was welcoming, and the location was perfect. Also loved the hooks to hang gloves to dry!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Nice location near Holliday Valley, Ellicottville and many hiking areas. Condo was well maintained and accommodated our family well. Only challenge was AC wasn’t as comfortable for the hot weekend. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
