The house was great and very conveniently located. Would definitely stay again!

The house was sensational. Cozy 3 bedroom plus 2.5 baths. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. The host Emmy was great. Answered any questions we had instantly and was very sensitive to our situation since we were celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday, who passed away a couple of years ago. It was a sentimental time for my wife but the house and area made her feel just right for the occasion. Area was quiet and the neighborhood houses are beautiful. Also the beach was great. Tide was low and waves were calm allowing us to enjoy the beach even more since we were able to get in for this late in September. Overall a great experience for a short 2 night stay but would definitely stay again down the road. Thanks Emmy!!

Check in process was very simple. Host was accommodating with early/late check in and out. House was clean and exactly as described in listing. Will definitely stay again.

The house was updated and well kept. It was clean and had all of the amenities of home. It was a great location with the perfect way to enjoy the ocean air on the porch. Loved that there were also beach tags provided. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

As advertised; cean and spacious home. Really great communication by the host. The home was well appointed and equipped and is in a great location on the island. Only quibble would be that it'd be nice to have some beach gear available for use.

Clean, relaxing, close enough for convenience, but far enough to get a break from the hustle and bustle. We had a girls trip with our kids in tow and this had everything we needed!

This was our 3rd stay & everything was great, as usual! Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Unit was definitely not big enough to sleep 8 the room with the bunk and trundle someone could lose a head in that top bunk. There was only one lawn chair usable as the other one was broken and the wagon is broken as well. Master bed slants downhill we had to put the pillow at the foot of the bed to sleep. The place is beautiful but not suitable for the needs we booked it for

This property was just has advertised in the listing. We had a wonderful stay for an October weekend getaway. The home was clean & had all amenities we needed. Quick walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk and other restaurants/shops. We recommend and definitely stay again!

Got to the property and check in instructions were just fine. AC was set to 77. House was very hot. Set it to 72. Took until the next morning to get to 72. Felt refrigerant return line at outdoor condenser and it wasnt cold or sweating. AC needs a charge. I’m guessing this is why in the check-in instructions the host says not to put the AC below 70 because the air conditioner will freeze. You should be able to put air below 70 without an air conditioning system freezing. They only freeze when they are undercharged. The cookware is lacking. It is all old nonstick that is all scratched up, and the Teflon is coming off. There are no spices in the cabinets. Not even salt and pepper. No hand soaps, no toilet paper, no paper towels. All of which we had to buy but I expected there to be at least a little bit of those things when we got there. At least enough to use until we could go grocery shopping later the first day. The house is dirty. At one point my son pushed on the couch, and it slid, and when we saw underneath the couch we saw a ton of old food. We moved both couches and vacuumed it up. The silverware drawer had hair and dried food in it. The down button on the oven doesn’t work. So if you go too high in temperature, or if you set the timer too high, you can’t adjust it down. You have to clear everything and start all over. The location is great. That’s how they get you. The property is lacking.

Lovely place in a perfect location. The open floor plan in the main living area made it easy to be together. The front porch was great for relaxing before and after the beach. The location was perfect for us - easy walk to beach and also some of our favorite places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great stay at this property. Location was near convenient eating, miniature golf and the beach was close by and beautiful. The property is very nice with front and back balconies and very comfortable.

We rented for MDW and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! Thank you for being so accomodating!

We had such a great stay. It was a perfect size for our family of 4 with two little boys. Plenty of space for everyone and not a far walk for the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Overall great stay at this house. Beds were mildly firm but we slept well. Place was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked. Having to provide our own bed linens was one negative. The only other option was to rent them. For the amount we paid for the house it would have been a nice touch to have them provided. We were on the first floor and could occasionally hear people above us, which is typical. We liked the big kitchen table, the comfortable living room sofas, the big TV with Xfinity, and the front porch chairs. We would stay there again!
