Go Dawgs House: Football bunks, 8 min to stadium

The story of Go Dawgs House starts with the owner’s baby boy. Lucky for him, his parents are serious Bulldog fans and he was watching the dawgs score touchdowns before he could walk! This house is where the family stayed while in town for game days.

As he learned to speak, “Go Dawgs” became one of his favorite phrases, and the family started calling this house the Go Dawgs House. It took a few years for him realize that the team’s name is Mississippi State, notGo Dawgs, but we think Go Dawgs sounds better anyways!

As you enter the 2-bed, 2.5 bath home, you'll find a recently-updated kitchen decked with every appliance you'd need to fuel up for your adventures. The living room has a smart TV for those who prefer PJs and a climate-controlled game day experience (or would rather watch, understandably, a different genre altogether).

Off the living room is a private fenced-in patio with seating so you can sip your morning coffee in peace as the kiddos work on their aim with the football-shaped pillows upstairs (for legal reasons, this is a joke!).

The first of two bedrooms contains a queen, and the second bedroom contains a king and those super cute bunks. The living room couch is a pullout which brings the max guest count to 8 for this home.

Go Dawgs House is only 2.5 miles from Davis Wade stadium. That's an 8-minute drive, a 58-minute walk, or a 15-minute cycle. Also nearby are the Cotton District and Downtown Starkville with tons of local shops, bars, and restaurants you could spend years exploring (and we have—ask us for recommendations!).
