I cannot say enough about my stay at the Theater Condominiums in Grand Haven - it was absolute perfection! Every detail of this condo radiates high-end comfort and style. It felt more like a luxury home than a rental. The location truly sealed the experience. Right in the heart of Grand Haven, I could step outside and be immersed in all the charm the town has to offer. Yet, when I looked out from the condo, I had the most stunning view of the pier in the distance - a sight that made every morning and evening extra special. On top of that, the owner went above and beyond to make sure my stay stay exceeded expectations. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel welcomed and valued. If you're looking for the perfect blend of high-end living, unbeatable location, and incredible hospitality, the Theater Condominiums are the place to stay in Grand Haven. Very nice condo with everything we could ask for. Great location and more than enough space for the two of us. Nice to have secure, covered parking as well. We've been coming to Grand Haven for many years and this is our favorite rental so far.

We had an awesome stay in Grand Haven after college move in at Michigan. Ben’s condo is exactly as described. The balcony was huge and perfect for sitting in the sun or relaxing in the evening. Easy access to great restaurants, beach, canal & lighthouse. Ben was very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. We highly recommend this great condo. We will definitely stay again!

As a Grand Haven local I rented a space downtown to make all of my commitments during Coast Guard Festival a little more convenient. I was only at the property to sleep and shower and didn’t have a chance to use the balcony, living room or kitchen. I did wander to the rooftop to check out the view and it was lovely! The host always responded quickly! The check in process isn’t really a one person job as you have to go up to the apt to get into the garage but it’s also not difficult.

This rental was perfect for a weekend in Grand Haven! My fiance and I went to a wedding in Spring Lake and needed a place for just the two of us to stay. The location was perfect - walking distance to the lake, shops, and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend!

This is our third time in GH, bar none this place is the best place. The place has ALL the amenities from sleep number king bed, extra toothpaste/toiletries, beach towels, to new washer/dryer, umbrellas, two types of coffee maker, and even a cuisinart juicer. The place is a nicely converted theater and came with enclosed garage, with a rooftop deck where you can see the water show, perfectly situated in the heart of downtown GH. Ben was a great host. Attentive and very responsive. He lives locally and so he offered to bring any additional needs. It’s a new listing, so some of the instructions mentioned in the listing is a bit vague, which was not really an issue since Ben was easily reached and we sorted it all out. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. Definitely the place to stay in town.
