The kitchen is expansive, open, and well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer nicely updated bathrooms. The master bedroom with tray ceiling has sliders out to the balcony, King sized bed, flat screen TV. The master bath has a large custom tiled shower, double vanity, and huge walk in closet. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail, on the large balcony while taking in the beauty of the island and smelling the ocean breeze.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

    We accomplished just what we wanted to.-Sunshine, Beach, Water. The Condo was beautifully decorated. We loved the comply bed. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony and in the home, when we weren't enjoying the great food and beverages all around town.

    My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and were impressed with the property. The condo itself is an end unit with private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious rooms. Very clean! The location is equally nice, with a short walk to the beach and a clean pool on your way to/from the beach. The property management company was quick to respond to any questions as well. I highly recommend this property.

    The room/condo was fine. We loved it. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. We decided to go to the Golden Isles for a few days after being on a cruise for a week. The only problem was mosquitos. They were awful. The beach was further away than we thought. It would not have been a bad walk but when we started down the path we got eat up by the mosquitos. We went back yo the room and didnt try it again. Our objective was to see the sights so it wasnt really a beach trip or I would have been real disappointed. It would have been nice to be able to at least walk or lounged at the beach some. We could watch others from our balcony and they too were fighting them off. So beware if you go toward the end of May. Not the owners fault. I guess they cant control nature.

    We had a great time in SSI the property was great for my husband and I. The only hiccup was check in they told us there was a key but it was actually a key pad entry. It all worked out and was a great stay. Hodnett Cooper was very available and communication was great.

    A beautiful island with a lot of history and good bike paths. The oak trees are amazing. The downtown waterfront is beautiful. Plenty of services…..groceries, restaurants, gas etc. easy access to Jekyll Island for day trips. Condo is private with ample parking and away from traffic and close to the beach.

    I would recommend this condo to anyone with adults or kids. Our kids are 19 and 20 and this was a perfect condo. Plenty of room for all of us. Saint Simons is a beautiful beach to travel to. Very family oriented. The condo is beautifully decorated. We had all the cooking supplies that we needed. The pool was wonderful. Great condo!
