Stayed Dec 31, 1969We recently had a month stay at this first floor 3BR/2Bath condo in North Villages. The condo was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. ITrip was extremely responsive when we reached out with any concern at all. The power went off in the spare bedrooms/bath the day we were having company and they came right away, called electricians and did not leave until they located and fixed the problem. The pool is very nice, clean and not crowded. It’s a short walk and the condo provides pool towels. You can walk to 2 grocery stores, coffee shop, Walgreens, restaurants, shops etc. Very close to excellent hiking and just about anywhere you would want to go. Our only complaint is you do hear the traffic on FLW. It did not keep us awake at night, but it did keep us from using the patio because it was just too loud for us enjoy.

Stayed Oct 1, 2023We stayed at condo in October and enjoyed late summer days in Scottsdale. Apartment is very well maintained and beautyfully decorated. Community is very pleasant with nice pool and hot jacuzzi right at the doorstep. It is close to all amenities and a 10 minute drive to Mayo clinic Hospital. All in all - we highly recommend a stay at this condo.
