Stayed Jun 1, 2024I stayed at Kathy's place for 10 weeks over the summer and it was great. She was very prompt to reply whenever I needed anything. The space is as pictured and has a nice little balcony overlooking the park. The AC worked well even on the hottest days, and I never had an issue with finding a parking spot in the lot. Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 3, 2019If you are a person like we are what A cleaning disorder OCD and this is the place for you everything was perfect and clean you would love the kitchen . The bathroom. and The bed is so comfortable. you would love the balcony it has a table and two chairs. We are extending our kitchen in our home and has been here for two weeks We don’t want to leave. So stop Looking for another place if you’re lucky you Will get this one, I hope this will help anyone. God bless ?

Stayed May 13, 2019A perfect upscale hotel room/bath with full kitchen and balcony. On South side of building for lovely evening and morning beverages. Owner provided nice extras as zip bags, storage containers and hair dryer. Great location, easy access especially to Arlington National Cemetery. Kitchen is a bit small for eating but the balcony table is available!
