Stayed Feb 13, 2026Everything was perfect. The condo was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.Instructions were clear for parking, gate entry and front door entry. I would highly recommend this place, especially for someone who wants to be in walking distance from old town.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We stayed at this spacious condo with our 2 relatives from LA. Location was great, a lovely walk each morning by the canal near by. Enjoyed a dip in the pool and good restaurants close by. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024We found this Condo very comfortable. It had plenty of room with all the necessary comforts as well as within walking distance (15 minutes) to Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square and some wonderful dining. We enjoyed walking along the canal each morning as a great way to start the day. We also found it a great location to explore Scottsdale, Phoenix and easy access to Highways to discover other areas of Arizona.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Very comfortable and attractive rental. was not happy with the communal laundry room. It was clean but small and I’m spoiled with my laundry room in my house. Lots of room in the unit and thoughtful items like a pool float, good kitchen equipment and appliances. It was also nice to have a desk to work at. Would stay here again.

Stayed May 4, 2024We were in town for my nieces graduation at ASU. This condo was clean, very inviting, quiet. Centrally located, & a wonderful & clean pool! We will definitely come back!
