Fun lofted escape near the beach with private balcony, ocean views, WiFi & AC

The condo was exactly as pictured. The view of the beach was fabulous!

Our kids loved moving into the loft and making it their space. The condo is well appointed and everything was clean and worked great.

The condo is absolutely adorable online and in person, but we didn’t have any sheets for the queen pullout couch in the loft upstairs. Vacasa brought them the second day we were there. Once we pulled out the pullout couch, there was a big stain on the mattress. In addition, none of the lights or the TV in the upstairs loft worked and we called for help and electrician came out, but he wasn’t able to fix it and offered us a lamp, but the lamp never showed up so the entire loft was unusable as the teenager who was supposed to sleep up there was not comfortable sleeping on the stained mattress, which I totally understood. The loft was the second bedroom.

We were extremely happy with the accommodations and cleanliness of our stay here. Our bed was extremely comfortable, our view was fabulous and the location was so convenient. We hope to book again in the future!

Absolutely loved staying here. The views were gorgeous and it was right on the beach. Loved how private it was at this resort and my kids loved the spiral staircase in the condo. We will definitely be back!

We loved the penthouse views and the upgraded features of the home. The loft was a great addition to our stay. We could see the 4th of July fireworks perfectly from our deck.

Even the it was not beach front it was still a beautiful view of the beach and you could sit on the balcony and soak up the sunshine in the morning!

My friend and I book ourselves a writer's retreat every late winter. Usually we stay in Rehoboth, but the images of this room at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach were so spectacular we had to try it out. The room was *exactly* as pictured, with the GORGEOUS ocean view from the balcony, upstairs loft, kitchen, etc. Check-in was smooth and seamless. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The place had every little creature comfort for us, well designed layout (loved the kitchen), and felt like a luxe apartment suite ~ a perfect escape from the city. Loved the private beach entrance and being able to walk along the beach at night without a ton of bright lights. Magical. Thanks for everything.
