The stay was very quiet and peaceful. There is so much for any family to do while visiting this area.

Property was of good quality. Good location and amenities were useful.

Perfect place for our family of four to stay for a soccer tournament. Convenient to everything Foley has to offer including grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, soccer fields. My only suggestion is bring blankets and coffee cups if you will need them. The condo has neither. Very comfortable and loved the screened in balcony.

This was PERFECT for my family of four. I’ll admit, I was nervous and was afraid this was too good to be true. But the pictures of this place are super accurate. It’s in a very quiet and safe area. The pool was wonderful also! Very, very clean and comfortable. It came with everything you’d need - kitchen items, towels, you name it. Full size kitchen, washer and dryer, and a super cute balcony. They called us the night before to confirm everything and give us the code. It’s very close to the beach, not far from Gulf Shores. Quiet town, but lots of things to do locally as well. Walmart is right around the corner. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the owners for providing such a comfy and affordable getaway for my family!

Very nice property was just like the listing

WOnderful location for OWA Tropic Falls, and shopping at Tanger. Close to restaurants and close enough to the beaches. Property is as represented and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the pool was wonderful. A couple of notes to those who rent the property. You might want to get to the property when it becomes available and turn down the AC, the owner keeps the property at 80 degrees when the property isn't rented and it takes time to cool off it took until 3:30 the next morning to get down to 74 degrees, we checked in about 5:30 or so. Dishes are plasticware vs. glassware and the bathtub in the primary suite has no option for running a bath, it is permanantly in the shower position. You can bathe in the second bathroom. The home was clean and ready to go but there were some clothing items left behind by the previous renters (we presume). Gene was great to work with and allivated our concerns about the AC. We had a great stay.

This was the perfect place for my family. The condo was clean and cozy. My girls and i enjoyed going to the pool. Also, the kocation was perfect because we were close to everything. I would highly recommend this place.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The location is located close to all local amenities. The owner called me directly to check us in the day prior to our stay, the neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. I would recommend this unit/complex to anyone staying in the area.

Condo is nice overall, just minor inconsistencies. Overall cleanliness was good, but we noticed some clothes were still left from a previous stay. A towel rack was missing in the bathroom...this is stuff we should be told about, and not have to notify the owner (in case they may assume we were responsible). Checkout time on the website said 11am, but then owner called to coordinate and said checkout is actually 10am. Condo has minimal decor, more like the feel of a hotel than a 'homely' condo. Overall, still a good stay but the above could definitely be improved upon.
