We purchased and updated the Gunsight Condo to use as our getaway home. We loved the location to town and walking distance to the Famous Fountain. The porch views look like a picture postcard. We enjoy it in the morning while leisurely drinking our coffee or in the evening hours eating or entertaining friends.
The pool and jacuzzi are steps away from the front door and provide a great ending to an active day... total relaxation!

Stayed Nov 5, 2025The condo was very comfortable, well appointed, and in a great location. The bed was comfy and as an added bonus there were two full baths. This was perfect for my niece and me travelling together. It was a short walk into town and the fountain. We were so busy exploring that we did not use the pool or hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 18, 2024Great location close to downtown, grocery store, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, McDowell Sonoran Preserve, Scottsdale, etc. Fountain Hills seems to be a very safe, secure place. We had no problems parking our second vehicle on the street.
