We stayed at this property for a wedding at the Icona. It had everything we needed for our family and we love that we could bring our dog. It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Easy to access and good communication. Appreciate the beach chairs available for use. We hope to come back again soon!

Family stay for wedding. Better than expected and short walk to venue

It was a great place to stay, the house had everything you would need to stay for days! You could just bring your clothes and personal belongings, and be just fine at the house. Owner was very kind and let us know the property was available a day early so we were able to get to enjoy the beautiful fall beach weather! We brought our 2 Boston terriers and two teenage daughters the has a great time! This is perfect for a family and pet friendly!

The place was homie, beautiful, and perfect location. Best of all, My dog absolutely loved it !!

Clean and comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and it was very convenient to the venue. Had a great long weekend.

Stayed for a wedding weekend I booked last minute. It was ok for a last minute decision, as there weren’t many choices. Pebbles of dog food left around and pet hair. We didn’t bring animals so I knew it wasn’t from us. Fridge wasn’t clean but I guess it didn’t matter too much as all we put in it was water. Bathrooms not the cleanest. Communicated cleanliness the first day and was just asked what I wanted them to do. I figured I would live with it since we didn’t have anywhere else to go. Honestly could be a nice place if they got a better cleaning service. I know when we left I washed all the towels, took out the garbage, ran the washer so maybe the cleaning people will be able to do a better job for the next guests. I would not stay here again.

Great spot hosts are top notch

This condo was lovely. We found it very clean with every accoutrement we needed and then some. The table was great for family games - the beds were comfortable. We had 3 cars and found it easy to park on the street. I would stay here again

Check in was easy. Donna was helpful to accommodate our arrival. Kitchen fully stocked. Only thing we could have used was larger cutting board. Our family of 7 fit around dining table

The house was clean and well stocked from toilet paper, paper towels to kitchen accessories. It was roomy enough and was in a great location.

We really enjoyed the convenience of this location and having access to all that Avalon and Stone Harbor had to offer! The condo is cozy and offers all of the amenities that you need to enjoy a week at the beach with your family.

We were in town for a wedding at the Icona and this was a calm, cozy place to stay away from the wedding hoopla. The house was clean with many nice amenities. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of space to lounge and talk. The location was close to the beach, the Icona and a nice park area. We enjoyed the covered porch on rainy,overcast days. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Nice spot very close to the beach

This condo was perfect for a four day trip with a toddler and infant. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and the location was perfect. Being walking distance to the beach, a playground and a couple restaurants was very convenient. Parking was easy and the home is very well stocked.

Plenty of room in clean spacious 3br condo for our weekend away. 2 full bathrooms made it easy for all adults. Everything on the property worked well and Donna was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definately book again.

We had another reservation cancelled the night before our trip and were lucky enough to fine Diane’s condo with very little notice. The condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located. Our family of 5 adults and one child had plenty of space. We would absolutely love to stay again!

The home was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Everything that you would need was available.

We had a great stay at this property for a family wedding. We were able to bring our dog and the property was perfect for the four of us and walking distance from the venue.

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The check-in process was smooth and not having to bring linens made our trip much smoother. The 1.5 block walk to the beach was easy for even for my five year old! We used the outdoor hose to clean off our feet but didn’t need the open outdoor shower. We dined at the Avalon Brew Pub and Mack’s Pizza, two times each, as they were both a very easy walk. We also grabbed groceries at Bud’s Market, an easy walk down the road. Stone Harbor and Avalon downtowns were both a short drive. All in all we had a great trip and highly recommend!

My family of four had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. It perfectly suited our needs. We especially loved that we could bring our pup. The location was also great - short walk to the beach and restaurants, bars, etc. Donna and Steve were super responsive and communication was great. We would definitely stay again!
