Fully Renovated Top-Floor Sea Pines Villa near Harbour Town in Lighthouse Tennis

This property was absolutely perfect for our first time vacation stay at Hilton Head. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The convenience to everything was great and we look forward to booking again in the future.

Our host delivered outstanding customer service during our stay and the villa was well appointed to meet all of our needs. The villa is very close to several amenites in the Sea Pines Resort including Harbortown Golf Links and the restaurants and shopping in the area surrounding the Lighthouse and harbor. We plan to return in the future.

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Looking forward to next year’s stay.

Fantastic condo, great Location.

We have stayed at several condos in Hilton Head and this was by far our favorite. We loved the end unit and being able to look out over the lagoon. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for us to have friends over for drinks. The spacious shower was perfect after a day on the beach. The location within Sea Pines was perfect. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants, including Harbour Town. We dropped our car off at the Beach Club in the morning, walked back to the condo for breakfast, and took the trolley back down. There is a trolley pick up just steps away. The owners responded quickly when we had a question about cable service, and worked to resolve a very minor issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Harbor Town in Sea Pines is the place to stay in our estimation as being long time HHI vacationers! This rental did not disappoint! Easily found with ample parking and beautiful view on back deck overlooking the lagoon with gorgeous hanging Spanish moss! I spent a quiet time each morning reading out there. Yes we saw an alligator ? first day. Nicely furnished with lovely kitchen and huge ceramic shower. Master bedroom is very spacious and nicely decorated. We really loved the huge walk-in closet. We put everything in there so the place stayed uncluttered. If feels larger than the sq. Footage shows. There were games in the front closet, sand toys and kitchen well stocked. There is a keurig too not listed in amenities. The most impressive thing I think though was the way Jenny got back to me almost immediately every time I contacted her even about little things. I really appreciated that and the welcome basket with so many different snack items and even wine! We will definitely be back because we could just ride our bikes less than 3 minutes to Sea Pines Center for the trolley to beach, Harbor Town, South Beach where Salty Dog is and more places. Several nice restaurants are there too! Very nice pool as well! Thanks so much! The Culvers

This condo is clean, warm, and inviting. It makes for the perfect get away, in the perfect location.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. The condo itself is perfectly renovated, clean and stocked with everything you could want. I loved the extra touches - the welcome basket, puzzles and games were all added bonuses. The location is perfect - a short walk to Harbortown and several restaurants. I only wish we would have booked a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!
