What an amazing place. Conveniently located, great view of the ocean and daily beach life. The owners responded to all questions within an hour. Very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool and lazy river were wonderful and the hot tub was actually hot which is hard to find these days. Even enjoyed lunch from the Tiki Hut one day and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again and North Myrtle Beach was a perfect destination. Friendly people, not a lot of traffic and great meals everywhere we ate. Absolutely perfect family vacation. Thank you!!!

The property was beautiful and more than met our expectations.

Overall the stay and unit was exceptional. However it only fits 6 comfortably. 10 is not feasible...unless people are doubling up and sleeping together. The pool was closed for repairs but everything else was perfect for our women's trip. I'm a stickler for my own walk through and I like to ensure any damages or other 'out of place 'things are not of my doing. I would give it the overall 4 out of 5 stars. The Host were phenomenal.

Beautiful condo with everything you need. My 6 year old was in love! The only downfall was that halfway through our stay which was at the end of March the indoor pool closed for renovations. We would love to come back!

Beautiful unit in a beautiful building! Although the weather did not cooperate for our stay we had a great time. The indoor pool area was large, clean, and perfect for us since we couldn't be outside. The condo was decorated nicely, updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication was good. We go to North Myrtle a lot and I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were immaculate and well thought out. One of the first times I’ve rented a vacation home that actually had enough toilet paper to last the entire stay. Additionally, the convenience and location was perfect. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this rental. Thank you again for allowing us to use your property.

Condo was great, communication was great, location was great. The outdoor pool was not heated but they finally fixed it on our last day.

This place was absolutely amazing! The hosts were amazing as well. It looked just like the pictures and has that wow factor when you first walk in. In a gorgeous part of North Myrtle Beach and there is an ice cream shop just 3 min drive or a 10 min walk away with souvenir shops as well! We are already planning our next trip to stay here again. Thank you so much for giving our family wonderful memories that can not be bought!

The condo was as pictured. Beautiful! We had 9 adults and 1 child, and there was plenty of room.

We loved our stay here so much. This condo was perfect in every way. I texted owner about number of parking passes and they immediately got back with me and answered my question. They were very efficient. Gave instructions in binder inside condo about asking housekeeping for anything and a number to call. I called them and they brought me a dust pan right up. We give this place 5 stars. AWESOME PLACE TO STAY.

My husband and I came down for July 4th and had an amazing time. The condo was perfect. It felt like coming home!!! It was clean, spacious and the balcony was our favorite place!!! We will definitely be returning!!!!

The condo was really clean and probably the most well stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in. There were plenty of towels, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and coffee! It was great. We did not have to go to the grocery store on our first day there.

We just returned from a stay at this beautiful 3 bdrm. beachfront condo. It was my husband and I and our 2 grown daughters with their families. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit. It was clean, spacious, updated, and had every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked and their was an ample supply of paper products, soap, trash bags, etc. The balcony was huge with the most spectacular view. The Mar Vista grounds were awesome as well. Numerous indoor and outdoor pools including a lazy river, whirlpool, a kiddie pool and they were all very clean. The Tiki Bar on the pool deck had great food and drinks. The beach was also beautiful and access was right off the pool deck. There was ample free parking as well. Security was very good with gated entrance and exits. I would highly recommend this unit and the hosts. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

Booked for my young adult granddaughter’s daughter and my 90 y/0 mom. Check in and overall communication was superb with Judy and owners. They’ve thought of everything including beach towels, chairs and toys for younger kids. Well stocked kitchen and baths. The view was amazing. Modern furnishings with a luxurious primary BR &bath. Easy access to beach for seniors. Quiet beach and grounds are beautifully maintained and very close to great local dining. Will absolutely stay here in the future.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It has amazing views from the balcony. Decor was perfect. The condo does have beach chairs we didn’t know about which was a real plus! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

This place was exactly as advertised! It was spacious, clean, really nice, in a great neighborhood. The people in the hotel were all very polite. We really enjoyed the pool area and they even had beach chairs we could borrow. Never had to wait for an elevator. And they gave us very detailed instructions on how to check in and how to operate everything in the room. We will definitely stay here again. Our new favorite place at the beach.

We were looking for beachfront accommodations with three BRs and three full bathrooms. This is the perfect location so we could enjoy being together as a family, but everyone also had separate sleeping areas and we could spread out when getting ready to go out. I would not hesitate to stay her again.

Location was great. Condo was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The security getting into the garage and building made us feel safe. Will definitely stay here again if going back to MB.

We frequent Myrtle Beach and have stayed in various oceanside condos over the years. MarVista Grande has several homes for rent and we love the complex for many reasons. The attached parking, cleanliness, and security all important to us. Not to mention the pools, hot tubs, Tiki Bar, and direct beach access. We have stayed in other homes in the complex and this is far and away THE BEST we have found. Don't bother bringing beach chairs, towels, or worry about your morning coffee because this place has it all. Cooking in? ALL the things you need are there. High quality throughout this home down to the composite deck furniture. Communicated directly with owners, who have graciously shared their home. I brought my family of adult kids and two grandchildren under 3 years old. We had all the room we needed and due to nap schedules and such stayed close to the home. Its quiet! The views are epic. Sunrise on the balcony, or walking the beach which is groomed by the NMB municipality every morning. We will be back! Thank You!

Very clean. Beach was well maintained. Pool area was clean and heated, Big plus! Kitchen needs a refresh of pans and cutlery. Reminded me of “let’s bring all of our old stuff to the VRBO”. For a million dollar property, the details are missing. Poor communication. Left voice mail early evening and mid morning. No response until after I left unreturned VM with owner.

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners made sure it was stocked with everything you would need! From a fully stocked kitchen, paper towels, laundry detergent, books, games, even beach chairs to use! The owners also let us add an extra night which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

The beds in the bedroom with bathroom were awful- they squeaked and you could feel the springs certain ways you moved. Other than that what a fantastic place

Overall the property was really nice. Ran into a few hiccups with some of the appliances…still able to use. The main issue with the unit was there was not enough storage for food and essentials of ours in the kitchen and two bedroom closets were full of owners’ property and unable to put some of our belongings in (luggage, shoes, etc.). Also, two of the mattresses need replaced…middle broken down. This was not a dealbreaker. Enjoyed our stay.
