Fully-Renovated 2 BR, 2 Bath 'A Place at the Beach III' Resort Condo, Unit K366

Spacious, convenient, and so cute!!!A Place At The Beach is always a solid choice and Lorna Dune is a gem! Well appointed with everything the family needs, beautiful sunrises, convenient access to the beach AND near the only elevator in the building (every dad that hauls the support equipment and moms carrying tired children will be grateful!!). Ample space in this unit as opposed to the some others. Host was very sweet and helpful! We will definitely plan a return trip to Lorna Dune.

Everything was as stated, clean, easily accessed and good location.

We had a late check in and the check in procedure was a very smooth. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was amazing overall! We loved the host's little notes around the condo with tips on how to work certain appliances, etc.The amenities were great and very easy to use! The elevator was out when we left which was a bit unfortunate being on the 3rd floor but, it happens! The only note that I'd really have won't be relvant for most people but, my wife is very sensitive to fragrance so, the laundry detergent smell on the sheets was a bit strong for her but, after a few days she ended up alright- just a potential thought for the future. Communication with our host was so easy too which definitely helped ease any worries we may have had. We would 100% stay at Lorna Dune again!

We had an amazing stay!!!! The place is beautiful!! Location is perfect in the complex near the stairs or elevator. You can’t ask for more! Balcony that looks at the ocean a fun pool to swim in! The Girls LOVE staying here! Making memories each year! We LOVE “A Place at the Beach”!!!

This is our second year staying in this condo and we loved it! The kids LOVE the pool and we love the easy access to the elevator. We had three adults and two children and we were all comfortable in the condo.

Love this location! Awesome pool with slide. Right at the beach. Good amenities for kids.

We loved our stay at Lorna Dune! The resort, A Place at the Beach, had numerous activities and the entire property was beautiful and well taken care of. Our unit was very clean and newly remodeled. The listing was accurate. We will stay here again! The very high bed in the main bedroom could be difficult to enter for shorter people who are over 60. The bed itself is very comfortable! Also, we did not realize the refrigerator was set at the highest level of cold and our food froze the first night. Just check the setting upon arrival and ensure it is on the middle setting. Everything.else was perfect! We throughly enjoyed our stay! We had beautiful, sunny weather. It was very warm for mid-May so we were able to spend most of our time at the beach! The property hallways and elevator were clean and fairly quiet. The outdoor and indoor pools were very large and very clean! The hot tubs were an awesome bonus!

Just as advertised. Nice location with view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean with everything you would need to have a great vacation. Veronica had very good communications with us and answered our questions. Close to restaurants and a short trip to historic Beaufort which is a gem. Also, a short hike to Ft. Macon State Park and a longer one to the Civil War fort which is nicely preserved with great exhibits. The property has 2 pools one indoor and outdoor for those who would rather not go to the beach. I would suggest that people, especially with children, check the large pool and slide opening dates if that is important to you. I assume it is always open “in-season” but was not in mid-April during spring break. Overall Veronica’s condo and the Place At The Beach itself made for a wonderful vacation.

Enjoyed the condo and the area. Everything exceeded expectations. Will have to make a point to reserve again.

This was exactly as the listing said it was and more. Even though our trip was short the property owners were more than accommodating! Truly a great place! We will be back! 10/10!

Condo is well equipped and clean.

The place was great. My son and I stayed there while away for a weekend fishing trip. We had to change weekends at the last minute and Victoria was very accommodating and flexible. Condo was clean, easy to access and perfect for our needs.

Our Family has been staying in this condo for six years now for our yearly fall beach vacation and it is absolutely perfect!

Quick weekend for seafood festival. Relaxing and very nice amenities. Hope to be back for longer stay!

This is our 4th year staying here and we can’t wait to book again for next year. Always clean, comfortable, and the communication is great! The room is convenient to the elevator, pools, and beach. We will be back again next year!

Once you walk into Victoria's condo you feel calm and relaxed. You can tell by all the personal touches she has added that she cares about her guests and wants them to have an enjoyable vacation. Staying here with my family has always been a wonderful time and when vacation is over no one wants to leave!! THANK YOU Victoria for having such a beautiful place to enjoy a beach vacation! looking forward to our next beach trip.
