Stayed Dec 26, 2024Pitkin 7K was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 teenage boys. The location was very convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek. My boys commented on how comfortable the beds were, and they normally aren’t fans of sleeping in twin beds! The condo was well equipped with almost everything you need, including Kleenex boxes throughout, which is much appreciated. There were plenty of towels, and having the grocery/liquor store downstairs was very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 30, 2022The property we stayed at was conveniently located above a small grocery and liquor store that had everything we needed if it wasn't at the condo. Check in was all remote and seamless, though we could have used some better location instructions. The instructions at the condo once we got in were a bit more clear than the ones we got in the email. There could have been a few more blankets (it was snowing!) and a better fridge cleanout but otherwise it was great! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was affordable and was in a nice location, just a couple miles to the town and lifts of Vail. It is perfect for a larger family (2 adults and up to 4 kids). The kitchen is small but updated. The 2 bathrooms are nice, and the main bedroom has a large, comfortable bed. The big couch was nice and the table fits 6 people. The place was clean (except for a piece of chewed gum left on the bunk bed ladder). It was affordable. I will stay there again.
