Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Continental Divide from this fourth floor remodeled ski in / ski out studio. This unit features a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave. Enjoy all the fresh mountain air from the private balcony. This studio sleeps 4 with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. A high table with 4 high chairs and door to your private balcony.

Iron Horse is conveniently located right off the corridor trail (1/4 mile from the new Zephyr Gondola) and base activities. Easily return to the condo for lunch or to warm up.

For Winter reservations:
Iron Horse is located on the corridor run, which connects the base of Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. This green run (marked on the trail map) is approximately 1 mile long, with Mary Jane sitting at a higher elevation than Winter Park. From Iron Horse you ski down 1/4 mile to base of Winter Park, and to ski home you must go over the Mary Jane saide to catch the corridor run. Iron Horse is located 3/4 mile down the corridor run from Mary Jane. To get to the base of Mary Jane, you will have to be able to manage a blue trail. (just fyi)
You do also have the option to use the free shuttle offered by Town of Winter Park. Iron Horse Resort is on the “green line

Make sure you bring your swimsuits as this complex offers a year-round indoor/outdoor heated pool and two large outdoor hot tubs in addition to a fitness room with steam rooms and showers.

The unit provides two parking passes. Garage parking is for one vehicle on a first come first serve basis. There is a lost pass replacement fee.

For added convenience a full-service ski shop with rental options is located on the property. Washers and dryers available on 2nd floor of the D building. Level 5 in the D building provides a room for ski storage & ski-in/ski-out access (green corridor). The free Lift bus also picks up frequently at the main entrance for easy shuttle service to the Village.

There is common ski storage located on the fifth floor of the D building, in the back of building near the doors to the corridor ski run. However, locks for rack are not provided. If you would like to buy a ski lock to secure skis here, you must go to front desk and they are available for $35. Note this specific lock/rack combination does not work for snowboards.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Winter Park Resort is only 1/4 mile away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are 4.7 miles at Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store at Fraser is just 6.1 miles away.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

    Unfortunately, the pool was not available which was one of the primary reasons we booked this location. I had read recent reviews mentioning the pool was great and gone to the website to ensure there was no construction - I understand from locals this was unplanned maintenance/issue but disappointed - we should have been informed immediately with options. I was traveling with a child and we specifically picked our lodging due to pool and hot tub amenities. Additionally our room was fine as expected size wise - but very dusty above fridge/cabinets at our height level - and it had a rather odd shower that was a step up - we are tallish people so it was rather difficult and unexpected - I wish that had been made clear about this specific property.

    Great! The property is located on the Corridor trail accessed via the 5th floor of Building D. This unit is in Building C (4th floor near both the stairs elevator) and you walk inside between the two. The Green Line bus runs to the Iron Horse Resort if buying groceries ... otherwise you board / ski down (once again) on the Corridor trail. Two hot tubs, heated pool, gym, game room, and more!

    Loved the amenities and location. I like that the one bed is a Murphy. Also enjoyed having a place we could store the boards instead of having to take up more room in the place. The only thing was i thought the space was a little bigger from the photos. It was tight, but we made it work.

    Location was perfect. Pool and hot tub were great. View was wonderful. Bedding was dirty on both beds. Did not provide enough towels for 4 people. Did make this right after we pointed it out. No pool towels provided so bring those from home. No condiments (not even salt and pepper) for cooking. Someone’s Vape was left behind and Found under cushion by our child upon arrival. Shower is extremely low due to raised floor from shower renovation. If you are over 5 foot tall it’s pretty uncomfortable so we showered in the locker room. No place to unpack your clothing. We have stayed many times in a studio at Iron Horse and didn’t have and of these issues.

    Property had everything we needed and was very easy to walk to Corridor run down to the gondola. The room is small but space is utilized well with the fold away bed. The kitchen was very well stocked and the room was clean. The location was great to be able to take a short, easy walk down the hallway to Corridor run and back. Heated parking garage was also extremely nice! Property manager was very quick to respond to and resolve the one problem we had.

    This place was great for a place to come back to after skiing and snowboarding all day. The amenities were useful, and it was extremely close to winter park base both by skiing and by car for delicious restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

    Nice little place, great for 1-4 people. Easy to ski in and out, assuming you can ski a blue down mary Jane. The ski rental shop, xsports, is conveniently located at the bottom of the north building. It's a little too far to walk to the village when it's cold but the drive to town is easy out the warm garage and the food is probably better. Can't go wrong. Cheers

    Great ski in/out location and check in process and communication were super easy. Only downside is the space is cramped, particularly with the sofa and Murphy beds extended. Furniture is large and awkward, making it even more cramped feeling.

    The condo was clean, quiet, and nicely updated. It had everything we needed. We also liked that it was a short walk to the Winter Park mountain base. Also, that it was near a stop for The Lift (public transportation) which came in handy when we attended the music festival on the other side of town. It allowed us not to have to worry about parking our car at the festival site. The management company was very helpful in providing information on public transportation and parking options for the festival.
