Stayed Nov 5, 2025This location was great. The space was cozy, we stayed in the downstairs unit. Parking was simple. We were close to so many rad places to eat, and close enough to grab our kiddo at Eastman to spend a couple of nights with us. Access to a washing machine was super helpful. And, the hosts were on site just in case. We will try and book this vrbo again next time we visit our kiddo. Thank you for also having some coffee available, our flight arrived so late, so that was a morning bonus. Clean & Cozy.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The hosts were very welcoming and open to questions, the interior was beautiful and cozy, the only issue was it was very snowy and icy as rochester gets in the winter and the path to the entrance was iced over and a bit precarious. Other than that we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024The house was cute and well kept and the neighborhood was so beautiful. The community garden in the next lot was in full bloom and having coffee on the porch in the morning while watching the birds and squirrels play was so relaxing. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and while the kitchen was small it had pretty much everything we needed. It was such a a sweet little home away from home!

Stayed Oct 27, 2023Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!

Stayed Sep 25, 2023We had a great time, the place was charming and cozy and clean. We were spending a lot of time out and about getting the feel for the city and surrounding area (considering a move) and it was easy to get to/from, never felt like it was hard to find our way back, and was a comfortable place to come back to and crash after a busy day.
