Pantry:
Any items left in the pantry may be used by guests.
Inventory Guidelines:
If there are dishes, pots, pans, or other kitchen items you prefer not to use, please do not discard them. Kindly place them in a box and store in the garage or pantry.
Inventory Includes:
Emergency blankets (2) and fire extinguisher (on kitchen island), blender, large crock pot, 2 small crock pots, tea pot, electric kettle, storage containers, 5 storage bins, unopened sauces and oils, spices, 2 vases, drink pitcher, salad spinner.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with nonstick pots and pans, silverware (set for 8), glassware (including wine glasses for 8), complete dish sets, wine opener, utensils, measuring cups/spoons, baking dishes (in stove drawer), knife set (magnetic bar), cutting boards, baking sheets, toaster, and toaster tongs.
Laundry Room:
Washer and dryer available. Extra trash bags provided. Rolling shelf includes cleaning supplies (bleach tabs, stain remover, towels). Laundry closet contains broom, dust mop, mop and bucket, and additional cleaning storage.
If removing any items, please store them in the garage in a box.
Garage:
Includes ladder, locked toolbox, rolling cart, step ladder, 2 wall-mounted workbenches, and storage shelf. Chip boards available for hurricane preparedness. A nearby handyman is available for emergency assistance. Water sensors are installed for leak detection.
Security System:
CPI system with a doorbell camera monitoring the front door and driveway only.
Parking:
