Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great property. Excellent condition and well decorated. Superb location in the center of Chatham. The team at Del Mar Vacations (especially Luke and Ryan) communicated well to ensure everything was going well. Really appreciated that support ! Would highly recommend this property !

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Overall, a nice little flat, perfect for a small family (and the dog if you have one). The location is amazing- right on Main Street and next door to an ice cream shop that is open year-round. The apartment is comfy and big enough. One drawback for bringing the dog- although the shoe shop downstairs does not disturb humans, my dog- who is reasonably but not totally chill- had something to say when people went in or out of the store.

Stayed Oct 28, 2023We travel all over the place and have stayed in Chatham many times. This properties location is fabulous! If you wanted you could leave your car parked for the weekend! Just step out onto Main Street and enjoy shopping, dining a walk to Lighthouse Beach! Adorable property! We will definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Great location - highly walkable to shops, restaurants and venues. Clean, comfy, convenient, modern, quiet - with all the Cape Cod charm. We easily attended all scheduled wedding events, plus saw other family & friends while on the Cape. Plenty of things to do and places to meet. Thanks for sharing this charming apartment with us.
