Stayed Jan 25, 2025This stunning condo on LBK is everything you hoped it would be. I rented for 2 months (most of that time on my own) to beat the winter blues and this property delivered on every possible front. Location is 2.5 miles north of S. Armands Circle and less than 1 mile door to door for the Publix and other amenities. I walked the almost always deserted beach every day for 5-6 miles and enjoyed the sunset every evening on the balcony. The condo has been completely refurbished, and the accommodations are first class. The building is key fob entry secured and has an on-site property manager for all of your questions and requests. Tina and Jonah are extremely accommodating as hosts. Tina met me on check in day and walked me through all of the amenities. They checked in on me regularly to ensure I had everything I needed and then just let me enjoy. While I was not able to use the pool due to hurricane damage, I did not miss it at all. I knew it would be touch and go ahead of time and it was disclosed the pool area may not be repaired in time for my rental period. Tina and Jonah were transparent with all of the details. If you are looking for safe, quiet, gorgeous, low maintenance location while living in the lap of luxury, this is your spot. My mental and physical health during this winter period were the best in recent memory. If you need the sun and outdoors as much as I do, while enjoying everything this area has to offer, I cannot recommend this rental enough.
