Stayed Jun 29, 2024I have been visiting Sail Bay every year and this is the first time I rented from the BURJ condo. It was exactly how it was advertised in the vrbo listing! Very nice and clean place to stay. There was plenty of space inside for our things as we had 3 paddleboards and a large float that we brought for the bay. We enjoyed cooking family meals in the kitchen. Loved the location as it was in front of Fanuel Park and we still had a view of the Bay and Seaworld fireworks. The bedding and towels were all clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. We loved the fancy showers!!! Checking in and out was super easy. We did have an issue with the hot tub. It was working for us for the first couple of days and then it started leaking. The owner was responsive to our call. Also, beware of other renters trying to use the hot tub, it is solely for this unit, not for the whole building. I think it may have been a misunderstanding but we cleared it up with the owner, who was super nice. As for the bikes, they’re first come first serve. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of bay and park. Rex is a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to San Diego!
