Stayed Feb 14, 2025Excellent location if you are planning on exploring downtown T.C. Room was basic, but clean and in good condition, and communication from the property management was excellent.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time! The location is prime and makes everything so easy; dinner and drinks downtown or getting in & out of town to hit the wineries. The room was clean and has everything you could need. We will be booking again on for next trip north!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We had a great time! Super simple check in and out process and great clean space! Location of property is in walking distance of so many great bars and restaurants and shops! Only hiccup we had was the initial finding of the property as our GPS couldn't quite direct us there for some reason. But would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Check in great easy convenient, kitchen fine but very small, table back in corner ,TV horrible no local channels or live sports .A dimmer would be very nice on the light, clock broke ,light from outside hallway comes through crack around entire door. Worst part of the stay was EVERY person in this bldg doors slam(walls so thin) so loud at bottom of steps and in the entire hallway. We stayed in 3 an its against stairway WOW ! Hard to believe the doors all night slamming, bass from music loud also . The bed very squeaky when you roll over you an your other wakes up,its a steel frome no box spring very hard .Its against the wall so if you need up very difficult w/o waking the other person up next to you. Not a very good experience we was gonna skip our last night cause of bed and the doors slamming but sucked it up . Bathroom very nice sure could use a shelve or cabinet to put your toiletries. The floor towel stepping out of shower ,Tiny! Wanting to keep floor dry could use a bigger one.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025I was really disappointed with this unit. Actually left early. Entering the building off a parking lot that's shared with a Adult Boutique climbing 17 steps up a narrow hall of worn out carpet you have to struggle with the locks to get in the unit, (pre-warned). Lighting in the unit was like a grocery store. The one small window tucked around a corner in a dormer was useless. Wine/beer cooler replaced the normal small fridge, so don't think of having any ice. I have to say the bathroom has been recently remodeled but you can't make a silk purse out of a pig's ear. Two hangers and no place for luggage doesn't work. 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 rolls of toilet paper doesn't cut it at a cost of over 280/night. Sorry. Just a heads up.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Everything was great except when trying to lock the door. Each time we left the room, it would take several attempts to ensure the door locked. Other than that, it served our needs perfectly.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024This 2 person unit puts you right in the heart of Traverse City. Being directly on Front Street you can walk to many shops and restaurants. But you will also have a designated parking spot so easy access to nearby vineyards. The building looks a little sketchy when you pull up. But the entry is very secure. One flight of stairs isn't bad but they and the hallway look a bit rundown. The door to our unit unlocked well but was a bit hard to push open/close, too tight for doorway. The room itself was a nice surprise, clean and updated. Great bathroom and shower!! Overall was a nice stay. Biggest con was the thin walls. You could hear just about everything... people walking, doors open and close, neighbors, etc. Thankfully, the other guests were respectful. But i can see if it was a weekend stay, rowdy people would make for a poor experience. And the main entry door to the building bangs closed, echos through our room which was right above it. Don't get me wrong though, very pleasant stay which met our needs. Would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Cozy little studio was perfect for my wife and I. It’s right there when you get on Front St. Comes with a parking pass which was great. Had a couple outings we had to drive to, knowing we had a dedicated parking spot when we got back made it very stress free for us. The location is amazing as you can walk all of downtown and the beach right from the studio. This was our first stay and will for sure be back looking to book this same property. Short drive to Turtle Creek casino for those looking to try their luck or get a really good meal at Bourbons 72.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024The property was small as noted, but very clean and has everything needed for the stay as most of my time was spent out of the unit. Location was a bit hard to find, but this was perhaps due to the construction around the area. Would stay again.
