Front Row, Ultimate Luxury Condo, Ocean, Yachts, Fireworks, Restaurants, FUN!

Overall, it was a nice experience. Everything is walkable to the beach. Clean room, nice kitchen to use. We had a great time.

This property is in an excellent location. There are grocery stores: Food Pantry {2 1/2 blocks away} and ABC Superette {1 block away}. The bathroom is spacious with excellent lighting. The bed is comfy. These are the Pros. The Cons are it is a noisy unit due to live music from the Chart House. If you are young and are out until 10:00 - 11:00 pm, then you are golden. If you plan to in for the night by 8:00 pm then there will be loud street noise until after 11:15 pm. The Host knows this as there is a noise canceling machine, plus 2 pair of ear plugs next to the bed. In addition, the Lanai was closed due to Maintenance Repairs. It had been under repair since March 11th, but the owner didn’t bother to share this information. For a May 2 - 4th booking, this would have been nice to know.

We easily had the best accommodations of all our group on this trip! Gorgeous view of the harbor, walkable to beach, shopping and restaurants. Condo was super clean and comfortable. Boogie board, snorkels and goggles and some sunscreen available to use. Owner was VERY responsive to questions! Would highly recommend and hope this space is available the next time we travel to Oahu 3

We totally enjoyed this beautiful condo. When we first walked in and saw the floor to ceiling windows with a view of palm trees, the yacht harbor and ocean, we knew we were in the right place. The decor is gorgeous and furnishings functionally fit our needs perfectly. The table with transparent chairs didn't obstruct the view, and the small lanai was ideal for watching sunsets and the Friday night fireworks. The view from the bedroom window is also stunning. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, although we mostly used it for breakfasts, snacks, and just one at home dinner. The location was great, especially with handy hints given by the property owner, Janna. Unlike on other islands, we did not need to rent a car here. We walked, used The Bus, ubered, and did 2 tours (Pearl Harbor and Island Circle), where we were picked up at the Prince Hotel next door. If you want a sunset cruise nearby, Island Splash does a really good one leaving from a slip in the yacht harbor below. Make reservations for many things on the island, starting with this condo, also tours, dinners, Cirque du Soleil, etc.

We absolutely disliked this place. We disliked it so much so we paid thousands of dollars to change our plans and leave early. We had several issues with the unit and messaged the owner. While she responded back quickly, she gave no help basically said, hope your honeymoon gets better. The owner wasn't upfront about the many issues with the unit. While the owner doesnt control parking or construction sounds, being up front about these issues could have made things easier. For parking, grabbing a ticket through the parking gate isn't enough. You must take a ticket, park on 4th floor, walk back down to first floor to purchase another pass through a kiosk, and scan both as you go in and out or you get charged EVERY SINGLE TIME you go through the gate at the full daily rate. Why doesn't the owner provide any guidance on this? Dont get me started on issues with laundry. This review cuts off at 1500 characters. There was construction going on most days we were there and country music playing so loud that you could hear the music all day and night even inside the condo with doors closed/locked. There were issues with the blender, TV, and shower. This place ruined the first part of our honeymoon. The balcony is only 2 feet wide and gives views and smell of a polluted harbor with trash. We would never recommend this place to anyone and will never be going back. I guess we just have significantly higher standards than the owner does.

Great condo in a fantastic location! Having a full kitchen and dining table was huge. The condo was immaculate and well-appointed. The bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and very comfortable--slept great every night and had everything we needed. The couch and its trundle bed were so comfy that we decided to get the same kind for our home's spare gameroom! We are so grateful for Janna's hospitality, guidance, and beautiful condo for our trip. It was perfect for a family of four. We left smiling from such a lovely week and can't wait to come back next time!

Host was very responsive, location was fantastic (we were able to watch the Friday fireworks from the comfort of our lanai), lots of room, comfy furniture, nice shower amenities. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the property from beach chairs/towels to a fully stocked kitchen, even some cheater eyeglasses in case you forgot yours! A really special property!

Everything was wonderful! All communication was clear and prompt. We had a delay in our flight, and were able to access the condo when we finally arrived at 1:30 AM-even better we were pleased to see coffee and fresh creamer in the fridge for the next morning! The condo was very clean, with a well appointed kitchen. The sunsets from the lanai are amazing and the proximity to Ala Moana Park made our morning walks/runs fantastic. We would stay here again!

I gave it a three (3) because the balcony was non existent-it’s so small!The property is in a great location! The property is designed wonderful! Exterior hallway needs some cleaning. All and all I would recommend this property!

The unit was nicely decorated. But the environment around the condo was unsafe and severely polluted. Not recommend.

We had a pretty good stay. The apartment was cozy, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Overall, everything was fine. The only thing we’d suggest is paying a bit more attention to cleaning — the floors were a bit dusty and there were some crumbs in a couple of kitchen drawers. It didn’t spoil our time there, but we just wanted to mention it.

Beautifully designed condo in a great location. Not a detailed missed, from the white noise machine to lull you to sleep, to the sweet welcome card, pineapple candies, and other thoughtful touches all around the condo. The bed is extra comfy and the views are stunning from the boats in the marina all the way out to the white water ocean views as the waves crash in, all the way around 180 degrees to the gorgeous lagoon views. Plenty of places to eat, drink, play and enjoy the sun without having to drive anywhere. The chart house downstairs was delicious and the live entertainment each night added to our enjoyment. They stop playing early, so you won’t be bothered by the music after 10pm if you want to go to sleep. But you might just want to stay downstairs and enjoy the evening. Janna, was an excellent host and we will be back soon! :)

We had an excellent stay at Janna's place. It's very nice, and in a good location in close proximity to Ala Moana Beach park, which is less touristy than Waikiki. Overall the place is well kept, nicely decorated, and as described. We'd definitely stay again.

We were disappointed that the lanai was off limits due to ongoing remodeling on the building's exterior, but the owner/manager graciously offered a nominal refund. We were impressed by her graciousness and appreciated her understand ing . The unit is very comfortable and well appointed. Great for a restful retreat after a day in Waikiki.

4 days prior to st a y we were told linae was not available due to repairs. A sign sa that repairs started before we booked. We were givenn a 30 peer night rebate but were disappointed

We had a great visit. The property is very centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and convenient stores, making it easy for our family with little kids. The check in process and parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Being new to VRBO, we were happily pleased with our choice. Accommodations were very clean, stylish and comfortable. The mattress is absolutely the best we have slept on ever. The building is older but I got the feeling that it is well maintained. The only downfall is the daily parking. We had a hard time trying to figure out the daily parking pass. We found the instructions a little unclear. But there is a help button to assist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Arrival was easy. Felt at home immediately. Loved see the boats in the marina. Central location to everything.
