From the top of the Palm Trees By Rent On Padre

This condo needs UPDATING and to be exterminated (roaches and tiny bugs on counters), and to be CLEANED-THOROUGHLY. Floors were gritty/dirty upon arrival. Toilet issues, light bulbs out....On a brighter note, it is a great location, nice wifi, washer/dryer, and nice view to pool area. I would not rent this condo again.

We normally stay beachside, so in honesty, we were somewhat skeptical of the closeness to beach access...the walk ended up being only 2-3 minutes!!! In consideration of the affordability, you cannot go wrong with this location. The condo was clean, quiet, in a great location in regard to the beach and other island activities, and having your own washer/dryer was a game-changer!

The stay here was very nice. Everything was clean and we were both very comfortable. The property was very quiet, pool was nice for nightly swims. I would definitely recommend staying here! Only caution is be careful how much you pack lol. I am an over packer and we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs...other than that property is very close to the beach and very beautiful!

We were very happy with our last minute vacation to South Padre Island. May is a great time to visit. The weather was great and not too busy. Our condo was very clean and in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the accomodations were like the photos online. The host was great to work with. Our favorite part was the large balcony with a great view for drinking our morning coffee. We highly recommend this condo for a small family.

Condo was clean and pretty. Had issue with downstairs condo leaking. Maintenance came in 3x. But everyone nice. Beach gorgeous! I notified Rent on Padre! Everybody's n

We loved that this condo was in a nice location with just a short walk to the beach. It was about a three minute walk to the water, which was great! We also enjoyed that it was farther down the island so we were away from most of the hustle and bustle and it was not as crowded as the more popular part of the island. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great location and few minutes walk to the beach. My family really enjoyed this clean, well equipped and spacious rental. We would definitely come back.
