This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023Location right on inter coastal waterway. Great hosts! Code access was easy & handy-no key needed, designated parking, view & access to pool great, inside was in perfect like new condition, kitchen & bathroom very well stocked, open concept, king bed w/high end memory foam mattress was excellent and very quiet for sleeping every night we stayed. Inside and out spotless, Reasonable price for a beautiful area on the island. You won’t find a better, more well equipped place for such a reasonable price!

Stayed Jun 6, 2022The property was located in a very convenient location. It was quiet, clean, and fully stocked. Access to beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas was very helpful. Having a washer and dryer is always a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 13, 2022Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Close to groceries, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was clean and everything worked. Having a door code made access simple. We enjoyed the dock and watching dolphins and several varieties of water birds. Erik checked in with us shortly after we arrived and again the next day to be sure we were pleased with the unit and to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Treasure Island!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025My boyfriend and I stayed at the little condo here, and it was beautiful. We walked to places to eat, to the beach, and barely had to drive accept to the store and places like John’s Pass and Boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and just nights to sit outside and look at the stars. Area was clean, and even had an extra little pool to enjoy if you wanted. Very comfy living and stay conditions for the fun filled vacation my boyfriend and I planned for!

Stayed May 29, 2025Just returned from a 12 day stay .The Condo was spotless and well equipped the location is perfect for Publics restaurants and not far from the beach.The dock out the back is great sitting watching the dolfins and birds .

Stayed Apr 1, 2025This is our second year staying here and we plan on coming back. All remodeled since the hurricane - looks great! Walk to dinner , the beach, shopping and the grocery store. So convenient. The owners are great with amazing communication.

Stayed Jan 13, 2024This was really an excellent stay. The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. Very nice area and we bonded with some of the other snowbirds.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023Condo was very clean comfortable and Quiet ......Beautiful Sunrises over the Dock and with a short walk amazing Sunsets on the Beach! Walking distance to all the Restaurants and Bars! Very Comfortable King Bed. I'll be back very soon!
