    Everything was great about the property! Rooms were clean and everything worked well! Hot tub has been disabled and we could not find the sauna at all. But had a great time!

    This property is misrepresented on the website. It is outdated, cramped and smelled musty. Most of the electrical outlets didn’t work, so it was dark and dingy. Many of the bulbs were also out. Sharp carpet tacks stuck out in every room. Bathroom fans were noisy and couldn’t be used. Property manager was good about communicating but ultimately only offered 50 as compensation. I would not recommend renting this property.

    Enough room for me, my husband and our two adult kids. The location is close to the lake, restaurants and even pickleball courts. The place was clean and the kitchen had the necessities. We had one designated parking spot close to our unit. Overall, great place to stay!

    Great apartment right in the heart of Dillon, with easy access to more mountains than you’ll need. The unit itself is just as advertised, a well-sized 3 bedroom/ 2 bath with a full kitchen and lovely living room with gas fireplace. A nice hot tub and rec room are just down the stairs and plenty of grocery and other shopping just a few blocks away. Will definitely book again for our next trip. Great spot!

    Booked this property due to its location and advertised amenities. However, upon arrival we couldn't access the hot tub and game room area. The host (a property management company) was unresponsive and dismissive. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, we received delayed and incorrect information. They blamed the building for closing access, but on our last day, we ran into other guests who verified they'd had access to the amenities all weekend and that their code was different than ours. They actually let us in briefly to check everything was working/accessible. I wish we would have paid closer attention to prior reviews complaining about lack of access to amenities and poor host communication. They were right. The unit itself was clean and decently stocked, but it was quite cramped for 6 adults. The unit, building, and the little we saw of the amenities were very outdated (the pictures on the listing are either very old or generously touched up). While the location is convenient, parking is extremely limited, with only one tight spot available. Lastly, I found the non-refundable $59 damage waiver predatory. Thought it was a deposit we'd get back but turns out they keep it. Overall, I would only recommend this property to those with a smaller party who are solely concerned with location convenience. If you expect to utilize the amenities or get prompt help from the host with any issues, I would look elsewhere.
