I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: everything was lovely except the TV was impossible to figure out. It would be very helpful to have instructions. Also, the toliets are very low. When changes are made, please use compfort height. Any possibility of have some hand rales -grab rails in at least one bathroom for safety.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was in such a wonderful location, close to Pier Park and multiple restaurants and activities. The staff at Southern Coast was excellent! We had 2 maintenance issues and they were taken care of promptly. We loved having 2 master suites, one on each end of the unit. The view can’t be beat!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The experience was great, as we have come to expect from these condos. I really appreciated the communication i received related to the storm that came in toward the end of our stay. One small note I have is more wall hooks in the master bed/bath rooms would be tremendously helpful.

The beach is not very crowded. With the condos only being eight floors there’s never a wait for the elevator. Each unit I have stayed in has always been very clean and very tastefully decorated. I hope to come back to stay at see Chase over and over. It also helps that the location on the strip does not have as much traffic.

Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing in PCB for many years now and once I discovered Seachase, it’s the only place I’ll stay. The units are amazing, I wished I lived in one year round. It’s very peaceful and I’ve never been disappointed at any unit I’ve stayed in. It’s on the quite end of the beach but still close to everything. I highly recommend it!

It was well equipped with nice furnishings. There are always the small little maintenance things that need to be handled but that's normal in rentals. We love this complex and how small it is. It's very appealing to us that it doesn't have a lot of amenities so it does not generally attract a lot of families with children. It just makes for a quieter more relaxing vacation. We didn't try any of the discounted Adventures but we thoroughly enjoyed our week.
