Free Golf! Resort Style Condo in Ideal Location! Heated Pool/Spa/Gym, WIFI, Near Shopping & Dining!

The property was very nice and provided everything I needed during my stay.

For us, a comfortable bed is super important and this place has that! The location is good and the space was perfect for our needs. The owners were quick to respond to email. There were little things that we would have preferred. The hot water was limited so hot showers were short. A few minor repairs around the apartment would be appreciated and extra amenities (like a book on recommended places to eat/go, board games, access to more TV channels - ones that don’t require the guest to have an account) would be a bonus.

I would like to suggest a few things that would have made our stay a bit more pleasant. Several things that weren’t provide that have always been provided in all of the VRBO’s we have stayed in. -A manual of how to operate the TV’s. That would also include activities around the area, i.e. hiking trails, parks, restaurants, highlights of the area. Have the towels hung and presented in the bathroom, we found them in the closet. Kitchen items, coffee pods, foil, ziplock bags, this would help constitute a fully equipped kitchen. Dryer Sheets. A few things regarding the cleanliness of the condo. The couch cushions are dirty and have stains. The cushions on the patio are also very stained and dirty. We would not sit in them. There were also a few candy wrappers under the bed. Also, underneath the microwave was extremely dirty. It appears grease or some splattering had occurred from the stove top. Bed was comfortable.

Overall everything was very good. The location is excellent, the community was excellent, and our rental was very clean and very well maintained.

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. We had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The complex was very clean and quiet. Pool area, parking, etc was all very close and convenient. Easy access to local attractions and freeway.

The condo is in a great location, clean, & updated. Exactly as pictured. The property management company was also wonderful. I had an extended stay, and itrip was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Minimal correspondence was necessary.

Excellent location, walkable to several stores and restaurants. My husband took advantage of the free golf nearly every day. Unit was clean and well stocked. We would have preferred an air mattress over a pull out couch but that’s just personal preference! Will definitely stay again

The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable to stay in. However, you do need to climb 3 sets of stairs to reach it and the corridors outside the condo are quite dirty. The kitchen is fairly well supplied but some items needed to be replaced, like the frying pans. The manager did replace items requested. It is a very quiet location and the main pool and gym are very nice. The spa was out of service for our entire stay of 10 days. The managing company could only be reached by email but was very responsive. Unfortunately the condo had not been cleaned thoroughly and we had to do some cleaning of items ourselves.

The condo was well kept and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds were clean and quiet.

Loved the location and cleanliness of this property. The key pad on the door made it very easy to come and go with no keys to keep up with. Great appliances. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, paper towels, and trash bags. Our only complaints were the bed linens and towels. We could not dry off with the bath towels without getting covered in tiny pieces of the towels. Same with the bed sheets. After just one sleep we were covered in white cotton balls. Not a deal breaker for the property but definitely an annoyance.

Close to shops and groceries and restaurants very convenient. Lots of parks and trails and golf courses within about 15 to 30 minute drive. But remember this is a desert area and humidity is very low, so quite dusty.The Vrbo was excellent.

Very nice place and within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants. Only negative was that the heated pool was too cold to comfortably swim. But the fitness center and hot tub were great!

We've stayed at a Signature property a number of times over the past 10 years and have always been pleased with our accommodations.

This place was great and just what I needed for time away. The pool was only a few steps away and everything was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Nice stay, quiet and clean. Only issue was that it was on the third floor, no elevator
