Free Golf at Bear Trap Dunes and MORE!!! Ocean front Sixth floor 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath apartment

I host my own vacation property and I think this property could easily be 5 stars, but... it needs to be cleaned better. The glass shower doors are artificially opaque from soap scum, long black hairs in the bathrooms, candy wrappers bedroom floor, and all baseboards and dressers were covered in dust and dirt when we arrived. The kitchen has the bare minimum utensils, cookware and dinnerware. This rental did not even have salt and pepper. Balcony door handle is broken and covered with tape only and main door handle did not latch door without the deadbolt being locked. All outlets have surge protectors with multiple plug ports, but the breaker in the kitchen trips with the coffee maker and toaster oven are on together because it is the same breaker as the refrigerator. Simple obvious things that should be corrected if you continue to rent this space. Last, the description boasts activities and shows photos that are not so accurate in showing what building this rental is in. Activities were not happening, the pools were not open. The main Edgewater building even closed its pools and spas early everyday so we never got to use them. We liked the location but struggled in booking to determine exactly where it was

on the beach which was great. relatively small pool that closes early (6 or 7 pm). place was small. pocket doors for one of the bedrooms were broken and unusable so no privacy for one of our kids. table cloth was stained so needed to be cleaned. glass top on credenza was broken. cable in bedroom didn't work so needed to spend time with cable company. easy things that should have been fixed before we paid and arrived.
