Stayed Sep 24, 2025Perfect location with gorgeous ocean views! Just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The condo is stylish, comfortable, and a rare find with 2 king beds. Amy was super responsive and accommodating. We loved the area and would definitely stay again!

Amy was a great Host both in communication as well as ensuring the condo was full of special touches for our stay! This Condo was by far a the best experience of my VRBO stays in 2025! Beach view was awesome too!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The condo was gorgeous and very clean! It was equipped with some essentials which was nice. The view was perfect from the balcony to enjoy the ocean view! The very short walk across the street was easy to get to the beach! The beach was not crowded and the added benefit of the chairs and umbrella set up everyday was super helpful so we didn’t have drag too much with us. The pool was clean and well maintainedz. It was nice to have that amenity too! The elevator was very helpful to get up and down to the condo. Overall it was a beautiful relaxing stay at the condo!

Stayed Apr 26, 2025Condo very nice. Well equiped. Clean. Good location. Parking excelent. Close to elevator. Umbrella and lounge chair service. We had two problems (please realize we are 76 years old) 1) walk to beach is not bad except for the the rather high sand berm we had to navigate entering and leaving the beach and 2) the exhaust fan in the water closet was very loud. If we were not 76 y/o it would have been perfect.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Property was as described: was doing beach work while we were there around the clock...excavator, bull dozers. Closed beach across from our room the last day. Minus the beach work everything was great.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We loved our stay at Zs Forgotten Coast at Mexico Beach! The beach was peaceful and the town was quiet- just as we hoped! The condo was just what we wanted. No one has built across the street so you have a clear, unobstructed view of the beach. The balcony was cozy and perfect for relaxing and watching the waves and evening summer storms rolling in! The rooms were clean and comfy, the kitchen was full of all the things you could need to make a nice meal in! Amy and Brian were responsive and very easy to get in contact with. The best part was the chairs/umbrella set up! It was so nice to walk down the (very short) walk to the beach and just have your chairs set up waiting for you! And not having to worry about lugging them back! Would definitely recommend working with Amy and Brian and would absolutely encourage you to stay at Zs Forgotten Coast at Mexico Beach! If you’re looking for a quiet family getaway I don’t think you will find a better spot
