It was a wonderful stay in a very prime location. Easy to walk to all the major sites in Florence. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Also, Simona was so amazing. She was readily available to answer questions and met us in person to check us in. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent property and location

Lovely apartment within walking distance of most major tourist spots. Clean and spacious with good air conditioning. They added a third bed to the master for our family and the apartment met our needs perfectly.

Very good apartment, perfectly situated to explore Florence. Our flight was delayed and contact with the owners was very easy and they were able to accommodate us arriving later than planned. The apartment had everything you needed, was a good size and on a side street so was not noisy at all.

Truly a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to everything. Great communication with the owner. The place is spotless and we used all the amenities. Washer, dish washer, kitchen.

We had a great stay in Florence. The apartment is in a perfect part of town - very close to everything. Short walk to the Duomo, to the museums, to Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce. Restaurants everywhere nearby. Small apartment with two bedrooms - great for us as we were traveling with our two teenagers. AC works. Small kitchen - if you were cooking it would work just fine. WiFi worked well I did a couple of work calls from the apartment. Simona and her sister were easy to deal with. Area felt safe. They do have washing machine so we got some laundry done. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is a real gem. It is very well appointed and extremely comfortable (great beds!). It balances charm with modern conveniences. Sitting on a side street, it is surprisingly quiet even though it is so centrally located. The host, Simona, is absolutely wonderful and goes out of her way to welcome and support guests during their visit. If you want to stay in the heart of the city, this is your place!

Our 6 day stay here was wonderful. Simona was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. And she stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. The apartment is fantastic. Great location, very clean and spacious and steps from the Piazza della Signoria. It's also on a side street so very quiet. Don't look any further if you're a group/family of 4 looking for a place to stay in Florence.

Very nice apartment with everything you need

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (17,15.11) and we all adored our stay at this property. We had a double bed in one room and the kids were in 3 x singles in the other room with their own ensuite. Separate lounge area was perfect to chill out in. Checkin was simple and owner was easy to communicate with and highly responsive. Highly recommend as also great location.

This location was just marvelous for exploring Florence. Our host was very attentive and organized. The apartment was immaculate and well appointed.

Simona has a great flat near the Uffizi. Comfortable and beautifully appointed, near everything. We went to the Loggia Roof Bar in Santo Spirito, had a great dinner at Antico Ristoro di Cambi on.other side of the Arno.

To celebrate our 55th anniversary with our daughter & husband. This property is an excellent location to everything you want to see and do in Florence. Our hostess Simona welcomed us and provided excellent information, tips and arranged a taxi back to the airport. The only thing to be aware of is the AC in. The bedrooms is not very strong. Small problem. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Simona was the perfect host! We were early for check in and Simona met us at the property, made sure it had been cleaned appropriately, and allowed us to enter early. She provided accurate and fabulous details for parking, and we parked in a garage just steps from our door. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, and comfortable, decorated with beautiful furniture and family heirlooms. The location is absolutely perfect, in walking distance from everything! I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again next time we visit Florence!

We were very excited about this apartment based on the listing and were not disappointed. It is a beautiful flat which met the needs of our family of five. Beds were comfortable and temperature was cool on hot July summer days. The location could not be better as it is minutes walk from Piazza Della Signoria, Uffizi gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Both Francesca and Simona were very easy to communicate with and answered any question we had promptly. We would recommend this unit to anybody travelling to Florence.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and about Simona. The location was simply idyllic, with delicious food, coffee and gelato just steps/minutes away... and yet we were tucked away on a quiet little side street and were literally never bothered by noise. We felt safe and secure in our sweet apartment, which is super important to me as a Mama. We were a only 5 minute walk from the Uffizi, and even walking home from the Duomo... with kids... in a hundred-degree heat wave... in July, it felt like we were always close to home. Speaking of the heat wave, the apartment was cool, comfortable and a welcome reprieve when we needed rest. Simona is a treasure, and honestly my only concern about leaving this review is knowing that the more people learn about this jewel of a property, the harder it will likely be for me to rebook it for a future trip. Ha. Don't think twice - this is your place!!! ((Also - do me a favor, and go to Gelateria dei Neri at least once. It's been my favorite for 20+ years.))
