Four Winds 404 - 2BR/2BA condo - Beach Front - Beach View – Corner Unit

Condo was very nice although kitchen is a bit small but it has everything you need! We had an issue with smoke alarm that was quickly taken care of! Will be back to this place again for sure!

This was a lovely clean and well organized property. The beach view was unobstructed. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and family friendly. The beach is clean and very family friendly in the area where this property is. The owners of the property are very transparent and organized. There are a number of good restaurants and shops nearby as well as a grocery stores. The property is on the beach so you can enjoy optimum beach time without the hassle of driving and finding parking. This was a huge perk for us. We will definitely return to this property for future vacations.

We had a great stay. The 2br, 2 bath rental was very nice with all the things we needed for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Nice balcony with a view of the water, well furnished kitchen, and sleeping arrangements. We had 5 adults stay comfortably. The management is great. And it’s in a great location near good restaurants and stores. Everybody agreed this was a good choice for a rental.

Everything was as we had hoped except for the fact that we could not see the sunrise or sunset from the balcony.

Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Very relaxing stay. Property was well cared for and welcoming.

The view was great from the balcony, and access to the pool and beach was very convenient. The condo was very spacious and my son loved the bunk bed! The only shortcomings were the following:When we walked into the condo, there was a very prevalent musty odor. It was to the point we had to spray OdorBan to get where it wasn't so noticeable. Not sure what the source was, but it seemed that the last time it was cleaned, it wasn't done thoroughly. Hopefully, it can be addressed so that future guests don't report the same.The main bath in the MBr was not giving hot water, only warm. That was a bit inconvenient as we had to share the 2nd shower. We managed, but that needs to get fixed.Finally, some sizable bugs appeared in the bedroom and bathroom. It could be the fact that being closer to the beach in that area is just part of the possibility to encounter these, but we were a bit surprised that we had to keep a watch out.Overall, we enjoyed the stay and made some great memories.

We absolutely love staying in this condo! This was our 2nd year visiting and it will not be the last. The condo is very clean, has a good location, and provides a great view of the beach and the ocean. There is also excellent communication with your host. Thanks again!

Perry is a great host and the place is exactly as advertised. I love smaller footprint condos because they are less crowded. This spot delivers on that while also having nice amenities.

My family and I had the best time enjoying the beach and pool. We loved the proximity of the beach to the unit.

Highly recommend this place. It is clean and the beach is not crowded in front of this condo. Right across the street from 2 great restaurants. Go ahead and book it now - you will not be disappointed.

Check in was seamless and very convenient. The 4 floor was perfect, bit too high & not too low. Beach access was quick & easy. The codo had everything needed for a relaxing week. Really like the complex as it was not too big & chaotic. Overall very pleased and will possibly book again.

We enjoyed our stay at 4 Winds. Staying in a smaller building was surprisingly very nice. Elevators were quick and the pool area was never crowded. This was a relaxing vacation.

Perfect location. The corner balcony has a great view of the beach and sunset. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Will visit again.

A little hiccup with getting in due to cleaning crew so we were late getting the condo. But Perry addressed the issue immediately. Kitchen is very small, no cabinet space for groceries.

Absolutely immaculate unit, so close to everything, shopping, entertainment a great Gulf if America seafood. Cannot wait to come back

Great ocean view, comfortable balcony furniture, just as described. Only negative was the master bedroom bed, sagged in the middle. Other than that, great place!

Perfect gulf side place for a few days away. Brought our bicycles and enjoyed cycling thru state park. Great water views from balcony. I totally overlooked needing to bring my hair dryer. My fault there. Liked the smaller building instead of resorts with 600 rooms. Guests were friendly and easy going. Plenty of parking, too. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive.

Wonderful place for some downtime!

Clean, updated, good communication, I was a little surprised with the layout as we have never stayed in a condo where the Master bedroom wasn't gulf side but it still had a view and the balcony view was amazing. I wish they would put in some crosswalks or sidewalks in the area....had to drive to restaurants that were literally across the street. We were there for the beach though and it was perfect!

Very clean and stocked well with dishes, cookware and appliances. Easy entry and lovely balcony. Only change I will suggest is get sheets that fit mattresses better. The mattress covers are slick and sheets came off every night! We have already recommended Four Winds!!

The place was quality, nice, clean and as advertised. Great beach access and close to everything. No hassles at the condo, free to focus on the family, friends and beach time.

We had a quick three day vacation. The room was neat and clean and we liked the location for biking in the park.

Me, my husband, and daughter stayed here and the condo was clean, so was the pool. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but we loved the ocean! Everyone we met was very friendly. Would stay here again. We loved the balcony to have our morning coffee and look and listen to the ocean. The very short walk to the ocean was a great plus!! The condo was close to the zoo and the dolphin boat tour and ride we took in. Also close to shopping and eating places.

I loved staying here. The condo was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the beach view was amazing. The kitchen had everything needed to make a great meal. Full size washer and dryer was very nice and there was an adequate amount of towels and washcloths provided. Communication with owner was perfect. Will be staying here in the future.

Great stay

We’ve stayed at multiple condos near a beach but this was our favorite. It provides a beautiful view of the gulf and sunsets. The weather had a few cloudy, rainy and windy days but we enjoyed them in the VERY clean and comfortable condo. We had excellent communication from the management company who provided detailed information about all things relevant to our stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and many others a short drive away. The condo complex is much smaller than others nearby so never had to wait to use the elevator. The balcony had plenty of furniture for us to enjoy the spectacular gulf views. Definitely a 5+.

Great place to stay. Owner was very responsive. Place was well equipped but don’t forget your hair dryer. Only thing I overlooked when booking. Nice that it was a smaller unit because you didn’t have to wait long for the elevator. Would stay here again.

This property is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The beach access is extremely convenient via the pool patio. The condo is very well kept and comfortable. Parking is simple. The property managers are quick to answer any questions. This was a wonderful rental for our girl’s trip and we would absolutely rent again.

This is the perfect property for a family with children! The bunkbeds appeal to children while allowing the two serious for adults and older kids. The fourth floor provides an unobstructed view of the beach but allows for the option of walking the stairs rather than waiting on the elevator.

Unit was very nice and well equipped. Owners were very attentive and thought of everything.

This place is perfect -- right on the beach in a small condo but a unit with plenty of room resulting in a quiet section of the beach. When I come to OB, I'll always stay here. Comfortable beds, everything you need to get your vacation going. Super clean. Perry has thought through every detail of the stay, and it's a fabulous experience from booking through checkout. I can't recommend this place enough except don't take my week!

I loved the property, it was well maintained, clean, and a lovely place to stay. I am disabled and wheelchair bound. The property was very accessible. I really enjoyed that it had a nice recliner that I could sit in and enjoy an absolutely beautiful view of the beach daily. I look forward to booking again in the future.

This was a wonderful location and property for our family of 4. The property manager communicated thoroughly, promptly, and professionally throughout the entire process from booking to departure. The condo was clean, well kept, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool area and beach access were perfect and it was close to grocery, restaurants, and activities. This was our granddaughter’s first vacation and we were so happy in our choice to stay here! We love the location, balcony view and accommodations! Can’t wait to book again!!

The check-in process was super simple (contactless) which made getting into the fun of vacation so much quicker than normal! Wonderful atmosphere and super clean condo. Highly recommend
