Clean, nice neighbors.

This is our favorite vacation spot in Corpus Christi! It’s quite, peaceful and relaxing.

Dryer don't dry. Lights don't light. Door don't door. Service don't service.

Dryer don't dry. Lights don't light. Door don't door. Service don't service. We've stayed in this unit before in 2023 and things were good. Not so this time. The dryer don't dry, the lights don't light, the sliding door don't door, and the oven don't oven. After the first night, none of the lights from apart from the kitchen and dining area worked- basically anything on a switch was dead. That includes the bedroom, the living room, the entry hallway, and the laundry room. You'd better shower during the day when there's still light coming in the windows, because otherwise you'll be completely in the dark. Brushing your teeth in the dark is fun. The closet is useless since it's dark all day without electricity. I bonked my head a few times. The baffling part is that the front door light switches work for the exterior light (it's super dim, and you need it to see the door buttons at night because they're not lit), but the switch on the same panel for the hallway light doesn't work. You can barely see to run your laundry, which will take 16 hours to dry 4 swimsuits. The welcome pack that includes laundry and dish detergent makes you think that you can get your clothes clean, but it's just a tease. The washer will throw your 3 articles of clothing around like a boulder is chasing Indiana Jones out of a cave, but the dryer will just make a ton of noise and pretend to blow hot air. Like the service people. The sliding door to the miniscule balcony is so hard to move that you think you're going to derail it before you get it open. That's ok though, you won't be spending much time out there even though the view is nice. Dishes were covered in food in the dishwasher. The oven shows random temps. Service was non-existent. I called the provided service number at 7:30am the first morning. They said they would send maintenance and call me when they were there at the unit- that never happened. Another call at 4:00pm yielded the same- promises but no action. Three more nights, still nothing, even with emails and texts to the other provided service contacts. I guess Vacasa is just there to collect money and pretend like something is going to happen? There's another review from 2023 a few months after I stayed the first time- they complained about electrical problems too. Other old reviews mention the sliding door issue. I guess nothing ever gets fixed in that unit. Next year the ceiling probably won't even be there. On top of all this, there's a downstairs unit neighbor that's clearly and owner and who does NOT appreciate renters living in the condo complex. They (several of them) follow you and your kids around, ask lots of probing questions, and generally just stare intently while you try to go about your day. Creepy. One thousand percent do NOT recommend staying here. Avoid at all costs. Or maybe come stay and shoot a new Blair Witch in your horror condo? I will also never book another property that's managed by Vacasa. Forget it. They're useless.

When I first came in the breakers were off, there was no light, and I still could not figure out how to fix the hallway light and the laundry room Light would not turn on, so it was always dark every time I would walk in. I was not happy that the restroom did not have a door and also the mattress was very hard and squeaky. And the sliding door was so hard to open and close. And dryer didn’t dry my clothes.

Property was very clean. Nice place and it is close to the beach. I would stay here again, just not when I take a bunch of fishing gear. The unit is on the second floor and we had to unload and load my pickup every day. But, for a beach get away it is nice. Property is older and has expected wear and tear, but was clean and a/c worked great. Bed was not very comfortable, but it did not keep us from sleeping.

Condo was very clean. Bed not very comfortable and noise from neighbors walking on floor above was very frustrating. Coffe Pot carafe was broken but I didn't notice until an entire pot of coffee split on counter to be cleaned up. Sliding glass door very hard to open and close the the point where I rarely used it in fear of breaking it. That took a lot away from the condo. Kitchen sparsely furnished. Overall I just wasn't impressed and lost a lot of sleep due to neighbors on 3rd floor walking.

The house was great for me my wife and 4 kids. There is a lot of mosquitos and a couple coyotes around there that we didn’t know about.

Location and comfort for the $ can’t be beat!

Our stay at this location was wonderful. The condo was covert clean and had all the extras we needed to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable and we can’t wait to come back!

The condo was in a great location near a park. The balcony had an awesome view of the bay. The only issue was the condo had not been properly cleaned upon our arrival and the sliding door was stuck and hard to open.
