Welcome to My Carolina Stay's latest furnished rental in Fort Mill, SC! Minimium of 14 day stay. This is a ground level 2 bedroom/2 bathroom approved furnished apartment. King bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bedroom with hall bathroom. Large kitchen with ample storage. Amazing on site amenities include an outdoor, seasonal pool and 24 hour access gym. Washer/Dryer are in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

One king bedroom with ensuitefull bathroom, another queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Fort Mill apartment.

Guests will be sent a key code to the smart lock 7 days prior to check in.

We require a copy of drivers license and a criminal background check to stay on the grounds - we need two business days before your stay to complete these items.
